Even though things got messed up. I appreciate the manager and service I received.
So I tried ordering 2 items through the app at around 12 pm to pick up at 4:30pm after work. Got the emailed confirmation of the correct time and everything.
I’m guessing the manager called me at 3pm saying your order was ready at 12 pm but you haven’t picked it up yet, so we’re canceling the order and refunding the money.
Of course because work is crazy(Healthcare ) I never got the phone call in time, and I’m late to get to the store for pick up.
When I get there the manager was very sweet and explains that he tried calling and that the items are no longer available because I didn’t show up at the allocated time. I show him my confirmation email and he says he’ll make them now if I wait. So I do, and the other employee starts a conversation with me, so I’m not bored while waiting.
It was definitely a better end to a tiring day. To top it all off, the manager gave me the food items at no cost, even when I insisted on paying him for all the trouble.
I sincerely appreciate all the extra effort that they did on my behalf and will be going again.
P.S. The food was delicious!

Unfortunately I will have to change my review upon this terrible experience.
Sometime ago a pizza, was ordered 2 medium black olive onion and then mushroom onion. This was ordered online.
We recieved the pizza and we found sausage in it which we cannot eat.
We called an the lady told us she would refund the order through the number called.
The pizza was also undercooked and doughy.
We call later in the week and automatically this guy answers in the most hostile and disrespectful tone. We begin to explain our order and through that he was being extremely disrespectful. We orders the same order again and then explain how we had a refund attached. This man in his aggressive rude behavior goes on to explain how the pizza would now be 40 dollars and in store checkout cannot have the online deals.
I was extremely upset with the way he was speaking and conducted himself. Yelling and treating us dumbly.
Clearly he was very agitated and rude and we ended up not getting the order in fear of how poorly it was going to be made with his hostile voice.
**update we I’m changing this review because of Darlene she was clear with Wher communication and explained to us how the deal works and was able to refund us. Our refunded pizza was delicous and was made well.

Am I supposed to eat this absolute garbage ? What the everlasting heck is this. How do you as an employee look at this and go yea we’re gonna serve that. Breadsticks raw. Pan pizza flatter than the flat earth conspiracies.
It takes effort to actually make something this bad. Which could have been put into just making the food the way it’s intended to be made. 0/5 stars would not recommend this location . Upfront person also seems fed up with life entered in said hey how are you looks down says name no hi no I’m doing good nothing. Hands food I say thank you doesn’t even respond. Alrighty than.

We haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and we recently received a flyer advertising the new Big Dinner Box meal. We ordered it online and made the mistake to not check the pizza before coming home. What a disappointment! The pizza was hard and had more dough than anything. Nobody in my family liked the pizza and we ended up tossing it. We picked Pizza Hut over Jets that we love to try out our old favorite Pizza Hut pizza. I won’t be coming here again. Obviously nobody here cares about the quality of the food they make.

We haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in years. Wanted to give it a go yesterday, but that was a mistake! It was the worst pizza experience we’ve had in our lives. The pizza was literally as thin as the pepperoni slices, which made it soaking wet with oil, which made it soggy and floppy. We couldn’t even eat it because the pizza was mush. I don’t know if they rolled it out too thin (we ordered hand tossed) or if it was under proofed. Either way, the “pizza” came across raw from the liquid and inedible. This time, the hut was out pizza-ed!

If I can give this location 0 stars I would. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. They never gave me my wings I ordered because they “Ran out of wings for the night”. So they gave me a credit. I just called to order under the credit I was given, and the manager said there is no credit, argued with me and hung up the phone. What kind of kid are you guys hiring as your manager?? I will definitely be contacting corporate. Hanging up on someone is UNHEARD of. You sure have a manager that is great at managing to piss off your customers. He needs to be fired.

Only downside is that the quality is really a hit or miss. Great prices if you check out the deals in the app. Service is usually fast, but the quality is inconsistent. I honestly ordered a cheese pizza three times this past week..the first time there was barely any cheese or sauce and no flavoring on the crust even though I asked for garlic buttery. The second time the cheese and sauce ratio was acceptable but still no crust seasoning. The third pizza was the best of all – cheesy, saucy, seasoned crust and cooked to perfection. Located off of 75th and Woodward next to Arby’s and Los Arcos.

I came in at 9:30 pm 08/05/2024, the lady had gorgeous long pink nails, you know who you are! She made me the best boneless wings I’ve ever had, I normally just get the wings with the expectation of it just being a quick normal wing, but she cooked them to perfection! So we ordered pizza and fries , no complain with pizza. But the fries were 4$ and when I opened the big container , it was less than even regular size of McDonald’s fries , there must a problem with packing by any employee because I’ve had fries there before this was not the usual amount which I got. I called Pizza Hut to complain about that . Rather than accepting the fault , they said it is what it usually comes with and said you can complain if you want .
