We haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years. We decided to try it on Friday. I called for pickup. The girl on the phone was very slow, but I took my time ordering. First she told me a price, but then when we picked the 2 med pizzas up the price was about $12 cheaper. We checked our receipt and everything was right. When we got our pizzas home and tasted them, they were terrible. The crust was like cardboard and the toppings were horrible and very dry. We were very disappointed and won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. I’m glad we tried the pizza again after all these yrs but will never order again.

The absolute worst customer service I ever received. The delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional. He delivered my pizza a hour late because he couldn’t find my house. I spoke to him multiple times trying to give him simple directions when he proceeded to scream at me and cuss at me. I then called the store and spoke to the manager who hung up on me and told me he would not give me a refund even though i had not received my order. I was simply trying to explain to him that the delivery driver was making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe and that at that point i didn’t want my order anymore because of the hostility and the severe manner he was screaming and cussing at me over giving him directions. The manager said let me see what I can do and hung the phone up on me. After finally getting my order over an hour later the delivery man threw the boxes at me and ran back to his car. I called the store and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me since i received my order. Worst experience ever.

I’m calling with my wife both phones and no answer on a missing item and wrong pizza that we received. I am calling multiple times to see if I can get just a refund on the missing items or even have my original items delivered that I placed. Its been a frustrating experience. I have photos and receipt of proof but I can’t even reach the store after 10 calls. I will try calling again later in 30 mins hopefully to have it fixed. But very disappointed in the service.

Haven’t experienced this location, however the reviews say it all. Then responses from staff/Management is pathetic and apparently only repeat their responses to each person’s complaints!! Quite obvious there’s no regrets or concerns from Management from this location! If your not fixing the customer’s problems or even a refund, then that’s very bad business!!

Im normally pizza huts number one fan but this location really sucks. Pizza was not good, wings were not good and I didn’t even get all of them, and I didn’t know it was possible to mess up their breadsticks but they managed. Sad day

I ordered and my door dash never called me ! And I received a text stating it was delivered! I called the pizza place, and the person on the other line said basically this happens a lot when people say it wasn’t delivered and it was, like no manners at all! And then it would have to get investigated in order for me to get my refund?? Really! He said I can get a new order if I pick it up. Really? Why provide the delivery service if they cannot practice their customer service! I will never order from them! Plus! No apologies or manners
