It’s okay. You get what you pay for. My kids wanted stuffed crust pizza and I wasn’t in the mood for pizza. I decided the cheap route. The crust is good. It was buttery and crisp. The pizza itself isn’t extraordinary. The delivery was fast. I didn’t feel like picking up. No problems.

I remember when I was little and we would get pan pizza from there. The pizza was good and thick bread now it looks like over priced little Caesar’s pizza. It’s not pan pizza anymore even though you pay the extra $2 for it. I felt like I was eating an ordinary pizza not the regular Pizza Hut pan pizza. So yes this is very disappointing.

Plesase be aware that store employees are VERY young adults, probably teenagers. Do not order ahead. They are behind and overwhelmed. Today I saw an altercation between angry customers harrasing young employees. Be warned

Pizza was overcooked, very little toppings, very little sauce despite requesting extra sauce. Other good pizza joints around, including other pizza huts. Based on reviews, this is the norm so we won’t be back.

Was given an estimated pickup time of 19 minutes. Arrived after about 15, and waited a few min, no problem with this at all, but it is relevant because nothing was hot. I got there before the order was ready, meaning it did not sit around waiting to be picked up, and drove less than 1.5 miles home, and we ate right away. Everything was lukewarm at best. The pizza was cut, but not one slice was cut all the way through. I don’t know how they managed it, but somehow, the crust on one of the pizzas was thick and fluffy on one side, and thin & flat on the other side. The first time we had similar issues, I gave them the benefit of assuming it was just a bad day. This is the second time, I highly doubt there will be a third. The ONLY thing positive I can say is the girl who gave me my order was was friendly.

This place is such a scam! I asked my husband if he could pick up a simple large pan pizza. Online it’s going to $15 so I didn’t think much of it. He came home and said they charged him $30!! Pizza isn’t even that big and was under cooked. I checked our exact order online and it still came out to $24. I have no idea why they charged him so much even with the topping and the pan pizza, it should have been no where close to $30. Never coming here again. Avoid this place at all cost
