NEVER order form here. I’ve been a loyal customer for years form this locations and never once have I’ve been treated with such disrespect.
Lady on the phone REFUSED to let me speak, continued to misgender me after CONSTANT correction.
The issues was payment, something a simple cancelation and re order can fix due to them being unable to pay over the phone anymore.
Was told they would have to wait a WHOLE HALF HOUR for the pizza to be remade.
Its the exact same order, exact same pizza, why do I have to wait a HALF HOUR to receive an already made pizza!?!?
Am I to believe there system takes a HALF HOUR to revie a new online order?
Excuse was ” I have to look up in the system to confirm” really? it takes a HALF HOUR to look up in the system? the first order was done in 15 minutes how will it take a HALF HOUR to look up a new order?!?!?!
Rude, continued to talk over me, Flat out lied about extra wait time, constant misgendering.
I am absolutely disappointed, lack of problem solving skills, lack of customer service, lack of accommodation. Truly discussed with the way I was treated.
Please, whoever the mid day shift is, have them retrained as out of the years of patronage this is the first and will be the last time I interact with a person of such vile attitude towards a customer and disrespect of another human being.

Ordered pizza for pick up and there was no sauce on the pizzas, the pepperoni had hardly any pepperoni on it. Part of the order was not made and had to go back to pick it up or the rest of my food would colder. Would not recommend the quality and Service is no longer good

O man it shows pick up ready at 1:55 I was here at 1:55 she didn’t even start yet to ready my pizza. I had to wait next 45 more minutes yet my pizza was not there. Only one employee working. I don’t understand how can owner run whole Pizza Hut with one employee. Very frustrating.

There should be an option for 0 stars. Done ordering from this location. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered from here 3 times. Each time the pizza was delivered flipped around inside the box or folded over. The pizzas were either over cooked or under cooked. Ordered a p’zone along with my order today. It def does not look like it should. One bite and it was in the garbage. Just an example of why you should avoid this location at all cost.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times and I am left disappointed each time. The first time I ordered ahead my order was not ready until 20+ minutes after the scheduled time. The pizza’s were not even cut and the wings just had the sauce dumped on top. The second time I ordered ahead again the order was not ready until 20+ minutes after the scheduled. There is no point in ordering ahead your order will not be ready anyway.

To tell the truth the pizza is very soggy and super thin, the cheese filling does not exist, in one of my pizzas I ordered pineapple and ham and the two ingredients were very hard, the bread sticks were super soggy also in the meat pizza it was also inedible I ordered 2 marinated sauces and two garlic sauces and they did not give me the marinades I imagine because the bread sticks came with their own but I paid for 2 extras, it had been a while since I bought Pizza Hut and I wanted to give it a chance and I feel very disappointed and I think I wasted my money no one at home liked it

Worse Pizza Hut ever. Don’t patronize this location go to another one. The owner as well as the workers are scammers. They’ll take your money and if you need a refund they’ll give you the run around. Kate is the main reason I’ll never return, she had a horrible high schooler attitude and is a manager but can’t give refunds? Never coming back to this location, they lost a customer who would go there 4 times a month!

Never been here. Never will go here. Crooks work here and fraudulently charged my credit card and refused to look at and talk about it. I’ve reported this to my bank and visa. Employees are worthless and are thieves. I don’t eat garbage pizza from a store that steals from customers that don’t live in the state no wonder Domino’s out pizzas the hut
