I just wanna throw this out there. I NEVER leave reviews for anything. I think it should be the next customer that decides how it tastes and everything. Well this was so unacceptable.
Well I decided I wanted pizza for lunch today so my wife ordered us pizza and the first 3 photos are how it came. Barely any sauce, burnt, sausages were burnt. Just unacceptable. Now the last photo is how it should look.

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time, but twice in a row now, I have ordered delivery and had over an hour waiting for delivery after “out for delivery” text. Both times my food got delivered cold. This time when I contacted the store the only response I got was “all deliveries are out” and when I said it’d been over 40 minutes since delivery text they didn’t even respond. Good to say we will not be ordering again. Food was sub par at best and cold cold, not even kind of warm. Do yourself a favor and either stay away and order elsewhere, or do a pickup order.

The worst Pizza Hut on the planet. 0 taste. Just gross awful. Complain and the GM thinks it’s fine because they made the dough personally. Proving it all starts at the top. Save your money and try literally anywhere else

Pizza Hut employee went above and beyond for my boyfriend tonight! He went to pick up the pizza (an hour late ♀️) and when he had got there the employee had told him, he could no longer give to him because it was policy. the employee was super helpful and accommodating by helping him reorder the pizza and helping my boyfriend with his request 🙂 thank you!

It sad how much Pizza Hut has really gone down over the years. Quality is just not what it once was. On my most recent order they couldn’t even cut the breadsticks. So what we received was just a big brick of hard bread.

I’ve given this Pizza Hut multiple chances, but the experience is always disappointing. The staff is rude right from the start, even before addressing any concerns, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here. On top of that, they consistently burn the pizzas—the crust is always overcooked and dry, and the toppings have a burnt taste. It’s frustrating to pay for food that isn’t even properly made. I won’t be ordering from here again.
