Very rude and poor customer service from them Everytime I go but it’s a very short commute for me. Your nighttime or evening workers act like Pizza Hut has then working against their will. Super rude way of talking, act so bothered. Food is not ready at all need to wait more than expected, the foods always wrong, or it looks so rushed. Barney late at nights acts like she owns Pizza Hut told the workers there my kid was in the car can I please pay at the window and they were beyond rude already speaking stuff under their mouths like if I asked them to give me their paycheck

It was very quiet, the wait staff was hard to find, first order taker messed up our order, second one fixed(?) it. It seemed raw and kind of flat, especially for a stuff crust. I just wasn’t that good. The second person really did try though. I hope.

Horrible service. We ordered an 8 count of wings for take out. When we got home to open the container, it only had 3. It wasn’t even the right flavor we ordered. Pizza was mid like it was rushed.

worst experience ever I placed an order three hours ago and still nothing. I called the store. NO ANSWER. I went in the store I waited 50 minutes inside because no one was coming to the front the store was empty there was only one person working so I had to wait a total of four hours just to get a pizza and I asked her if there’s anyway that I can get a discount because everything is probably cold and it’s been so long and she said no and I’m like OK cancel it and she threw it in the garbage in front of my face. I understand the workers frustration because there’s no way that she should be left alone with so many orders but at least be a little bit more professional. everything was such a mess

I went here to pick up an uber eats order for someone. The order was not ready, so I asked if I can use the restroom & the guy said ” they locked it” I ask “oh are you closing soon?” He replied “nope”. I asked ” Then why are bathrooms closed?” He replies ” I dont know!!” While still waiting on the order I see a young woman cleaning a table in the dining room. I asked her if there was a manager & she said she was the manager. So I ask why bathrooms locked & she says ” Customers were trashing it so it only for employees now!!! Umm its a law to have restrooms in a restaurant & this one does have a dining room, not just take out. I said ” well im not going to trash your bathroom” she says ” We no longer let customers use them!!” And she was unbelievably rude. I said well maybe you should’ve had the order ready & I wouldn’t have had to wait while having to pee!! Its Friday so I was very busy & went to bunches of restaurants & every single place had orders ready, this was the ONLY location that did not. I dont mind waiting, but have a bathroom available! Also the front doors are full of greasy prints its super gross. Counters were not clean either. I wouldn’t eat here if they paid me! This place needs a new manager ASAP!

I order a delivery. And the pizza delivery person left it outside in the rain. My pizza is soaking wet, cold , and the person stolen my cookie cake. Don’t waste your money on this store if you do prepare for the worst experience pizza hut can give you. I rest my case please to spend your money at Pizza Hut and I regret tipping the person

Always very rude. No one ever answers the phone. When u do get someone to talk to. They look at u like they doing u the favor that that even look at you. Not the crew few are ok but mostly horrible service. Also bathrooms are so gross.

The delivery drivers will rob you of food items; Don’t tip them. Some of your food /drink items will go missing and there is no customer service at this location. The phones will keep ringing leaving you with whatever you got no questions asked.

Visiting some family and we went to this location to get a dinner box and I was very disappointed to see that it wasn’t a square pan pizza like its advertised. The circle pizza was dry the crust wasn’t buttery and sauced poorly and overall just didn’t taste good. I know its pizza hut but still. we came way before closing too so really no excuse.
