Ordered $50 worth of food. Ordered extra sauce and didn’t get that on the pizza. A got BBQ wings that had barely any sauce on them. Do not get the cinnamon rolls, they look nothing like the picture on the website or app and they literally used pizza dough to make it. It is such false marketing. And they forgot the ranches I paid for. Horrible experience.

Order was late (estimated pickup time was 7:22 but order wasn’t ready until well after 8). We were told they gave one of our pizzas to another customer and had to remake . Unfortunately the other one was done on time but it seems that they let it sit out for the 35-40 minutes while they remade first one so it was stone cold when we got it. Pizza was also burned, no toppings within 2-3 inches of crust, and the pan dough was flat. So disappointing. This is the second time we have had this type of bad experience so we will never go back to this location. It seems like only one staff member was trying to make everything right while everyone in the back room/kitchen was messing up order after order.

Alright, I thought of Pizza Hut because of the 90’s! Loved it then, so took the boys out and brought it back for movie night. This is not pizza, chicken or breadsticks. Not sure what it is, but unfortunately, this won’t be a treat in our future. I can barely eat it. Back to the XL Rosatis pizza that can feed the whole family for the same price.

Ordered 9 pizzas online on 02/16-2026 around 6 pm and my daughter received a call after 10 mins to say they did not have enough dough for pizza so they cancelled our order. Tried to call back 4 times but they did not answer

I love pizza hut however this location has gone down hill! It seems like they are under staffed and suffer in many ways as the result. I really hope they get it together. I will wait a bit and give them another try. Please get it together!!!

Placed order online and when I arrived to pick it up employees ignored us as well as everyone in the lobby area waiting for there Pizza to the point where many customers just walked out.
I hope corporate reads this review and investigates what these employees have done to customers.

This location is an embarrassment to the Pizza Hut corporation! So I ordered online and order was submitted at 4:48pm, I picked the pickup time for 5:30pm.
I arrived at 5:30pm and was told it would be another 20-25mins. What? I was told there was 13 orders ahead of me, as I looked around the lobby there was about 5 people waiting, can you believe this most of the people waiting for their orders, their orders were in the warming oven at the front. Does anyone working here know what their doing…..? It is now 6pm and I’m still sitting here and I see a Pizza and Wing box sitting in the warming oven….so I ask Bandanna Boy, what order was sitting in the warming oven, and surprise it was mine. So I sat there for 30mins, who knows how long it sat in there, hopefully not as long as I sat here waiting.
To the employees, one employee stood around and I’m not even sure what he did, maybe the Manager, one employee made pizzas and one cut the pizza and boxed them.
Now to my order which is another FAIL, extra green peppers means EXTRA, not 10 little pieces on a large pizza, there was hardly ANY toppings on this pizza to begin with.
I’ve ordered from the Round Lake Beach Pizza Hut without any issues.

I love Pizza Hut, maybe order from this location at an off hour…..maybe then they can do it with success.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Breadsticks were just a large piece of overcooked bread. Pizza had some rubber band in it (pictures below). Tried calling the restaurant several times to resolve but they don’t answer. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!
