Placed an order Saturday evening since we were flying back from out of state and didn’t have anything to eat when we got home. I had my brother-in-law pick it up for us. Unfortunately, our flight was significantly delayed and didn’t land until 4:48am (pic with flight info attached), so it wasn’t until about an hour later that we finally tried to eat.
When we opened the pizza box, we found a large black strand of hair baked into it (video attached). It was clearly under the cheese and baked into the pizza, which obviously killed our appetite.
Since the store wasn’t open at 5:50am when we discovered the issue, I called the next day. I was refused a refund because I didn’t call the same day. I was also told there were no female employees working at the time and that the manager on duty is bald, which felt like they were simply denying responsibility instead of addressing the issue.
I offered them the opportunity to make it right, but they chose not to. I’ve reached out to corporate and was told they would ask store leadership to resolve it. In the meantime, I’m sharing my experience with this location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered three pizzas and wings “well done”. In the past they’ve been under cooked but they were burnt tonight. We called to complain and instead of apologizing we were told it was our fault. If well done means burnt why was one under, one half well done, and the rest burnt… Would have loved just a sincere apology but was told that we would probably still eat the pizzas and even if we brought it back it would be deemed well done like we asked for. Half our guests didn’t eat. The kids were forced to eat half the slices that weren’t fully dried out and hard, seemed somewhat edible. Service is ridiculous. We even said we’d send pictures or bring them the next day since we don’t live near. Will never be giving this location our money. At least Dominos throws in a new pizza and a refund. Beyond dissatisfied with the food but more disappointed with the workers here. It’s just pizzas, like be for real. We ain’t asking for free new ones, just a refund and an apology for a waist of time and money. Ino Hernandez… should be re educated on customer service and how to talk to people.

The pizza itself was good and tasted fresh. However, the way it was cut was a bit odd there were two super small slices and the rest were much bigger, which made it awkward to share evenly. Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable. Overall still a good experience, just wish the slicing was more consistent.

Delicious! The pan pizza is as golden, garlicky delicious as I remember eating as a child. The crust is so pillowy and tender. Ordered the promo deal of two pan pizzas, supreme and cheese with breadsticks for $39. Also got a side order of 6 wings so the total with tax was $59 for take out.
I was watching the History Channel show (through Hulu) “The Food That Built America”, (season 2 episode 1) which had the story of how Pizza Hut came into existence. America discovered an awareness for pizza because of Pizza Hut, and the food wasn’t even known until about the 1960s, so interesting! It’s still as good as I remember it being. Keep up the good work!

Awful and poor customer service. I ordered online and when one of my order is missing. They told me they will just give me credit for next time… well there would be no next time. The staff just hang up and when I tried calling again they were not picking up. Rude and unapologetic.If theres zero star I would have rate zero!

I don’t know what happened to Pizza Hut, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. The pizza arrived looking like it had been stepped on, barely warm, and the cheese had all slid to one side like it was trying to escape. The crust was dry like cardboard, and the sauce tasted like watered-down ketchup. To make things worse, my order was missing the drink I paid for, and when I called, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before someone finally answered—only to tell me they “couldn’t do anything” and hung up.
Honestly, I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy. Total waste of money, time, and appetite. Never ordering here again.

had one of the worst experiences ever at this Pizza Hut. The employees were extremely rude, unprofessional, and acted like they didn’t care about customers at all. When I asked a simple question about my order, they rolled their eyes and gave me attitude. They were talking and laughing among themselves instead of helping customers, and the way they handled the food looked careless. It’s shocking how disrespectful and unfriendly they were — no greetings, no smiles, and zero effort to make the experience pleasant. I’ll never come back here, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for some time now but the quality and customer service has really dropped off. The pizza tastes hardly cooked and soggy bc it is covered with a plastic bag. I am not sure why they are doing this because it ruins the pizza. Last time I ordered they messed up my order. It was supposed to be one cheese and one bbq pizza but they put marinara on. When I called to let them know they acted like I was a liar and were making jokes and laughing. They wanted me to pick it up and I told them no bc this was not my fault and I paid money for this garbage that no one wants to eat now. Not to mention I didn’t feel good. Not ordering from this place anymore that do not care about what they are doing and treat customers disrespectfully.
