We tried to get 2 pizzas a few Sundays ago when the Bears were playing. So you can expect a pizza place might be busy. We ordered ahead. Waited for almost an hour extra anyway. There were 2 employees trying to keep up with tons of orders, we don’t really blame them for struggling, they needed more help. Watched as the employees kept dropping the pizza cutter on the ground and having to wash it every time. When they finally asked for my name and order, it turned out my pizzas were sitting there ready for most of the time I was there, but it took them that long to come get my name and just hand me the order. Got home and realized I had 2 incredibly overdone dark brown pizzas that tasted terrible. Worst of all there has been no response to 2 attempts to send in feedback and try to receive some compensation, we get an email reply that says the message will be forwarded to the specific store, and then no reply. Lots of issues with food orders everywhere these days but places usually at least respond to complaints and issue refunds or offer to correct the mistake. Management at this location apparently doesn’t care about any feedback they are receiving. It’s funny because we just recently kind of rediscovered Pizza Hut and that we enjoy their pizza so we had already made multiple visits in a short span of time. It costs right around twice as much for a similar basic large pizza as LC ($5 vs $10) but the taste seemed worth it. But now with this experience we feel like we’ll stop going here. It was bad timing to go on a football Sunday, long wait and burned pizza, all of that could be understood if at least someone cared to reply and try to make it right when you send in a comment. But knowing that nobody will even reply if you have a complaint, I guess we will stop going here. We have had friendly interactions with the employees, this isn’t aimed at them.

Food was horrible. Called and spoke to the manager and he was like sorry we have some old dough. Really dude like nothing. I spent $75 for garbage literally threw it all in the garbage. Don’t waste your time. Pizza Hut used to be good.

I almost never write all negatives in a review but I was very disappointed. Ordered ahead and followed the timing of the order. When I got to the store it said my order would be ready in two minutes. I waited 20 minutes at the store extra. I wouldn’t be here if the pizza was good. It was worse than frozen pizza.

This place is a disaster and should not be an open business. Not only do they give us a time hours off but they messed up our order. They’re out of items needed for their combos and when you try to call to get the right pizza they pick up the phone and hang up after so many rings.
After accepting we were stuck with that pizza and eating it everyone got violently ill 6 hours later. Here we are the next day and I’m still sick. The pizzas they gave us were still raw, with almost no sauce. I cooked them in my oven but something is still off.
I’m reporting them to the local health department.

The pizzas & breadsticks were fine, we got a wrong pizza but they delivered the correct one right away which was very appreciated. However our cinnabons looked like this & not sure if they were still raw? Or why they looked like this. first time we get them like this we used to order all the time.

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. Everything was delivered nice and hot and exactly as requested. It tasted great and the service was prompt.

I ordered ahead, Tuesday at 1:00 and arrived about half an hour later.
There was only 1 employee there. The entry was full. The other customers had ordered ahead also and had been waiting over half an hour past when it was supposed to be ready.
The employee was working hard and trying her best but it was extremely backed up. I had to cancel my order, I didn’t have that much extra time, had to get back to work.
There should be more than 1 employee. She is hard of hearing but was doing her best.

Food tasted bland and light on ingredients. Staff seemed like they did not want to be working. Dirty restaurant too. Threw out food after a bite. Just go to dominos.

If there was 0 stars Id give em 0. Waited for over an hour. Orders being screwd up for other customers. The Manger Paula had no idea what she was doing. Pizza, breadsticks and pasta were all completely burnt and were not able to be eaten. This was by far WORST experience ive ever had.
