This location always skimps out. The cheese bread I ordered for my mom was just a very thin layer of burnt cheese on top. The corner pieces were basically black which I ate so my mom doesn’t get an upset stomach from it.

I ordered a Pizza Melt and asked for extra butter. The employee acted irritated that I even made the request, and then ignored it completely. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer care really ruined the experience. If simple requests can’t be honored, it makes me question whether customer service is a priority at this location.

The food is old. Look at these breadsticks. The honey BBQ wings, don’t even have BBQ sauce on them. Everything looks DRY AF & IS DRY AF! I tried to call and complain but of course no one is answering the phone. When I picked up my pizza , they were blasting music wit every other word being “fuck”. I would’ve dealt with that, if my order was right. But you can tell they put the least amount of effort as possible & I’ll never be going back

We came to pick up our order for 6pm today and absolutely didn’t appreciate the attitude from the cashier. I get that Tuesdays are busy because of the deal which is why we were there, but don’t take out your hardships on people who don’t deserve it. We never eat Pizza Hut but decided to give it a try with the $2 deal. We each ordered 4 pizzas, so naturally, we expected to see 4 more boxes than the ones we had, not realizing they were 2 to a box due to the size. Common sense? Sure. But it didn’t click at first. So when my friend asked about it the cashier just keeps stating “they’re both(the orders) there” “they’re there” “they’re there.” All he had to say was that there were 2 per box then we would’ve left. That’s all. I could tell he probably had a hard day due to the slamming of the cash register after we stated we had a pickup because he thought we were ordering. But that walk away to the kitchen area, his tone in how he spoke to us, and the look on his face… like we ruined HIS day? It was unnecessary. We didn’t do anything to him. So my friend and just I looked at each other with confusion then just left. First time at Pizza Hut in about 9 years & also the last. Pizza was ok.

Pizza Hut is hit or miss lately. The pizza tasted good—classic crust and plenty of cheese—but it took longer than expected for pickup, and the order wasn’t 100% accurate (missing a dipping sauce). Staff was polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed. It’s decent for a quick fix if you’re craving familiar pizza, but consistency and speed could be improved. I’d give it another try, but with tempered expectations.

This Pizza Hut is Awesome! Customer service is very good and super friendly. My order was ready in couple minutes. Pizza is very delicious! I would recommend this Pizza Hut to everyone!!!

I went to this Pizza Hut a few weeks ago because it was on the way home from where I was shopping. I placed an order through the app. I got there a few minutes early and it was already ready and waiting for me. I was in and out within 2 minutes. The food was hot and fresh and exactly what we ordered.

I just came over here for the first time and the breadsticks look burnt to a crisp hard and crumbling ! They told me that’s how it’s supposed to look and wouldnt redo them. I asked for a refund. They gave me the refund but I will NOT BE BACK
