This was one of the worst pizza places we have ever had. There was a big puddle of water in the men’s restroom and my son just about slipped.The woman’s bathroom, one of the stalls there was feces on the toilet seat. No paper towels.
The bathrooms and the store was so nasty. We had to use toilet paper to open the doors because how nasty the handles were. We got there about 2:06pm and the price for a pepperoni pizza $21 and we ordered a cheese and few other things. The soda tasted so bad and the pizza had a very nasty taste to it. The bill was HUGE!!!! I would have loved a refund. Wish we could have gone to a nice restaurant for that much money.
The waitress never checked on us after food was served. This place is so dirty.
Don’t eat here. It’s very bad.

Ordered a pizza and boneless chicken wings , pizza was ok but half of the wings where so small! Like literally cheese curd size! Why pay for 8 when in all actuality you get the equivalent of 4, and why do the employees not care and count 2 baby ones as a full size . If people continue to not care about their jobs then there won’t be any ! Businesses will shut down due to poor customer service and food . It’s not just piazza , it’s everywhere . Owners need to make things better if they want the business

Chase was more interested in the girl he was working with than the customers. Salad bar not stocked, lettuce brown, people had to ask for napkins and silverware, no plates. Both of them out of site 50% of the time

This was a great place. We used to come here on a fairly regular business. Sadly, you have to call ahead to be seated after 5:30 pm. My family and two other families were asked to leave due to lack of staff. We were told that the manager wouldn’t allow the waitress to have any more than two tables. The poor waitress had to keep turning families away. It hurts the business and the ability of staff to make larger tips. We ended up at at the more upscale pizza place and talked to another couple who were told that the lobby at Pizza hut was now closed after 6pm. I hope Pizza Hut can obtain enough staff for the summer, since so many of our children’s sports teams eat there after games and practice.

I ordered from the local Polson Pizza Hut this evening and I am so disgusted and displeased by how unsanitary they are! PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!
I ordered from the local Polson Pizza Hut this evening and they are so unsanitary and everything that literally while I was in the Drive-Thru window the girl in the light blue jeans came and handled my card and everything and then went straight over to the prep line without washing her hands or putting no gloves on and started handling all the pizzas that were being made as you can tell with that guy in the black has no gloves on and no hairnet on or nothing and was touching other stuff in between prepping those pizzas! it is so disgusting that our local Pizza Hut is unsanitary nowadays. I will never order or eat there ever again. I’m just disgusted by how unsanitary they are nowadays! Just wanted to make a service announcement for everyone who sees this post how unsanitary the local Polson Pizza Hut is!
