I usually don’t post negative reviews, and our pizza order is usually great and have only had one mistake but the manager fixed it (which doesn’t pertain to this order) But how do you box a pizza so burnt with green peppers and sell it? This isn’t a wrong topping, which happens, this is knowingly serving something so burnt! We tried to eat a slice with taking the burnt peppers off but the pizza just tasted burnt even with us taking off the burnt bell peppers.

It is absolutely filthy in here. Almost every table has crumbs onto and underneath the table. Also the seats have crumbs. There is no other guests in here. I had to ask for a rag to clean my table she brought me a paper napkin dosed with cleaner. The salad bar is dried up produce. Now for the food. They are out of most pop. They brought us our 2 liter in a bag no cups, had to ask for those. Maybe I just don’t like pizza hut but I thought one pizza had too much sauce. I did not like it and will never come back to this pizza hut on Broadway missoula montana

Had family in town and we were trying to decide where to eat. The delivery guy was instantly rude asking why we were parking there. Had heard there was still no open lobby. He confirmed that and proceeded to point out tow signs in their parking lot. As they “still have customers” Carryout and delivery only. My sister tells him thank you for helping us decide we’re NOT eating here. Meanwhile I watched 2 people exit the Press Box next door and enter a vehicle followed by another person into another vehicle, all parked at the far side of “Pizza Hut’s Parking”. I went to meet family inside Press Box, get a table and phoned in an order of bread sticks for carryout. Walked up got them and put them in my windshield with the receipt. Guess I payed for parking but we’ll NEVER go there even if they ever open the lobby again. If the delivery guy is somehow the manager…no wonder they can’t find help to open the lobby, even if they did his shining personality would chase off customers like this one. You’ll have to ask my dogs how the bread sticks were, I wasn’t going to eat them with him in the kitchen.

How is this a Supreme Detroit style pizza? It’s literally bread sticks with marinara sauce on top of it. Happy I didn’t plan of feeding a bunch of people. And I can’t get a hold of Pizza Hut store that it was ordered from. Thanks for forgetting the toppings. Unfortunately I didn’t eat, but my family who shared these breadsticks liked them.
