We got to town fairly late but with enough time to order and receive pizza before closing time, so I quickly ordered via the app. App advised pizzas would be done in 15 minutes and when I arrived at the location I was to click the button that let the employee know I’d arrived, which is what I did. After waiting about 10 minutes, I went inside to pick up my pizzas as no one brought it out as requested. Pizzas were on the counter, not in a warmer. When I opened the pizzas to make sure they were mine, I noticed they were over cooked. I mentioned it but got a deer-in-the-headlights response. I pre-tipped when I paid via the app, so there seemed to be no attempt to EARN the tip. They were closing in 5 minutes, so I just took the pizzas and left. When I arrived home, in better light, I discovered both were over cooked, but also The Edge pizza had some kind of seasoning DUMPED all over it. It was tooooo much, inedible. Again, no attempt to EARN my money but too late. I will never go to this location again as I live in between this one and another one, so I DO have options.

The pizza was great !
And while we waited the order delayed couple of minutes , nothing serious. But yet , the manager compsient as with cheese sticks and sodas on house ! That what I call service out of this world ! Thanks! It was pleasant .

Big reasons for 1 star:
Manager was rude and didn’t give me half of my order or a refund.
When I entered, a pizza was sitting in the open, cooked but unboxed, for a minimum of 8 minutes after I started keeping track. Guarantee that it’s cold.
One particular employee kept coming to the front to talk to friends, at one point for over 10 minutes. Despite (as later shown) being “incredibly busy.”

Ordered a pizza and an order of bread sticks at 7:04, online promised 14 minutes. Showed up at 7:16, paid and waited, I figured it’d be closer to 20. At 7:41, 23 minutes late, they came and brought the pizza. I asked where the bread sticks were, and they said they were out but could make another pizza. I asked why they didn’t ask me in the 25 minutes I had been standing in front of the counter. The “manager,” Koda, said “I said I was sorry, I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. I don’t have time to deal with you.” I asked for a refund of the bread sticks that I’m not getting, and he said he’s not authorized to do that. He said I could come back in another 20 minutes for another pizza or store credit, and rambled about how busy his store is and how he “has a fire in the kitchen.”

If the kitchen was busy, why was an employee sitting on the entry bench for 10 minutes? If it was busy, why weren’t pizzas getting cut? Save your time and money, just go to McDonald’s. The food is probably better there, too.

For the third week in a row I had to go into the store after receiving my online order. We had ordered a med pan pepperoni and received a pepperoni, sausage and bacon. Well, my son won’t eat that. He looks forward to “his” pizza. When I got to the store the fella says “well, you got quite the deal as this pizza costs more than you paid”. Who cares? It’s not what I ordered. He did have them make the right pizza. Two weeks ago the driver left without payment. I tried calling the store but it wouldn’t go through. I was told by an employee that they had turned off the phones as they were busy. No one was there (no. one) when I pulled up. They had also forgotten the breadsticks I had ordered. I am disappointed that this store is sliding back into ridiculous mistakes. Continuously. Do Better

Was concerned reading some reviews. Noticed a lot were delivery issues. We dined in got a pan pizza with mushroom and sausage and a few sodas. Everything was as it should be from Pizza Hut. They seemed understaffed but all were working hard and friendly. Its probably due to some days they get a lot of travelers while other days nothing. Hard to staff for that.

Doughy pizza, very minimal toppings. Toppings seem to be a very big issue for this store amongst many other things. Customer service is crap. Always spend over $100 and there is ALWAYS something left out of my order. I don’t pay $100+ and drive into town for such messy customer service and undercooked/under topped pizza. Absolutely absurd.

Raw dough. Amount of toppings was very under average by far. The tables were sticky when we seated. Had to ask for salt and pepper 3 times. Very unimpressed and disappointed especially after the bill was over a $100

I walked into pizza hut around 7:30 pm there was a family sitting at a table I would say around 6-7 people then I seen. Another family two adults and two small kids probably grandparents and grandkids. I stood at the counter waiting to be waited on, the waitress was a young blond girl probably still in school. She looked up at me didn’t say one word she continues writing on a note pad. I stood there for over ten minutes. Another gentleman came in after me and the waitress still didn’t acknowledge us. Anyways I thought this was very unprofessional of the waitress. She should know customers come first. Anyways this waitress didn’t.! One of the cooks finally came up to me and gave me my order, I paid and thanked her. The waitress still never looked up at us nor did she say a word! While I was walking out the family of four started leaving pizza hut. I asked the lady “are you guys leaving?” She replied “yes” I knew she was upset even though it wasn’t my place to apologize I apologized to her anyways. I told her “I’m sorry, for whatever the waitress did” her husband said ” yeah we sat here over a half hour” he was clearly upset too. All they got was menus when they got a seat and the waitress never offered them drinks NOTHING they had been sitting there that whole time over 30 minutes! I believe the waitress needs to know how to properly wait on customers she clearly doesn’t have any customer service skills. I felt bad for that family for having to sit for over half hour not getting waited on ! I have no idea what this waitress was doing back there leaning on the counter writing ON A NOTEPAD! clearly HER CUSTOMERS Weren’t THAT IMPORTANT TO HER!! PIZZA HUT NEEDS To Make BETTER CHOICES WHEN HIRING OR AT LEAST MAKE SURE THERE IS Someone ELSE THERE THAT CAN WAIT ON CUSTOMERS.THAT FAMILY Shouldn’t OF HAD TO LEAVE! JUST HAD TO POST THIS BECAUSE IT Pissed ME OFF!!!!!!

I ordered cheese sticks over the phone and requested no seasoning .. I picked up my order and noticed there was seasoning but the manager (Chuck) was super awesome on making a new batch right away with no issues. Great customer service!
