We stopped by on our way through town. We pre-ordered over the phone and that process was a huge pain actually. They kept saying the system was down. We tried ordering online but for some reason it refused to go to any website other than the Canadian website. Anyway, we eventually got it ordered. It was ready and hot when we got there. We tried the NY style pizza and it was actually pretty good for the most part. Although we ordered one to be a BBQ chicken and that wasn’t what we got, probably got confused during the whole ordering situation. The kids were hungry though, so I guess no harm no foul. Thanks for the quick dinner.

DON’T order delivery here anymore. They dont have enough delivery drivers so you end up with door dash. If there is a problem with your order (missing food) pizza hut will tell you to contact the driver. The driver will tell you I gave you everything they gave me it’s a pizza hut problem. And when we tried to take it higher than the pizza hut store we are told they will get back to us within 3 days…. our entire family is sick that’s why we wanted delivery, but won’t do it again. Quality of the food is still good but service has a serious problem here.

100° outside. Brought my 4 kids (under 4) to order carry out. We changed our minds and decided to eat in and get a salad bar. Candice said because we ordered carry out initially we were not welcome in the restaurant but there was as table outside. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

It was fathers day, I ordered 2 pizzas for myself and my family after I saw ads about fathers day specials. I paid $35.99 for 2 pizzas to be delivered. One of the pizzas looked like it had sat out for hours. It was absolutely disgusting. The other one was just missing one of the toppings we paid extra for and had the wrong type of crust that we paid extra for as well. I called the restaurant. They hung up on my call. I called once more, and they hung up again. I figured they were just busy, so i called the next day. they kept me on hold for 10 min and then hung up. I called them a total of 5 times. I did get through to the order taker, but when he tried to transfer me to the restaurant, they continued to hang up on me. I contacted corporate. They said they would have the restaurant reach out to me within 72 hours. It’s been way past that. They never returned my call or even tried to make things right. All I wanted was the food I paid for. Nothing more, nothing less. I will not ever spend another dime at pizza hut. I won’t even use the points I saved up to get free food. There’s only one way to get meaningful change from fast food restaurants. That’s to not spend your money with them. Money is all they care about, so don’t give them any, and maybe they shape up.. I never go this far out of my way to bash hard working and underpaid fast food workers as I used to be one myself but This is on a whole other level of disgrace. Sorry for the long post, but this had to be said.

The staff are slow an it took 45 to get my food that they messed up 2 times on. #035964 was my ticket number none of them had hair nets an they stood around doing nothing there there was only one other person in the restaurant. How do you mess up an order twice. Imma think twice before I go here again all for a medium pepperoni pizza a an medium size bread sticks FML

My husband was excited that they had the lunch buffet. Overall the food was good and had a good variety. The price of the buffet was very reasonable. The service was a bit lacking and we had to actually go to the counter to ask for refills because we never really saw our server. Overall a good experience and would go again.
