The best Pizza Hut me and my wife has ever been to. We love the buffet as well, and the food is always great. 1 improvement needs to be MORE marinara when they serve the breadsticks. Most of the time the container is only little over half way full, and that doesn’t last but for a couple of breadsticks. Please put more in your cups The workers are always friendly too, and the inside is always clean.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in at 12:40. Knowing that the buffet was ending soon, we decided to order in. Almost every table was full, and the ones that weren’t were piled with dishes. There was only 1 available clean table. We sat down, and waited for TEN MINUTES. The waitress never greeted us in any way. No “hello” no “good afternoon” no “I’ll be right with you”. We never got menus, or drinks or anything. She walked past our table not once, not twice, but three times. I could hear her, right next to us, chit chatting with a co-worker at one point. In the time she was doing that, she could have said something to us. Then a bus came in, over 5 minutes after we had walked in. They began getting service, and we never got greeted. Being busy is one thing, but seemed like this lady simply didn’t want to do her job. We left at 12:50.
This isn’t even the first time I’ve not been serviced by this lady. Been in there multiple times and my husband has had to get our drinks and silverware, even if it’s dead in there. She simply ignores our existence.
Moving forward, since she has made it ABUNDANTLY clear she does not want to perform her duties, if I see her as a waitress, I will be leaving, and not eating at this store. This has been horrible.

I was super happy to find out Pizza Hut finally is offering gluten-free options. They even teamed up with a well-known brand in the gluten-free brands.
I was told they couldn’t guarantee no cross-contamination, but it’s usually to a problem. I did get some cross-contamination, which is why this review isn’t 5 stars. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Just need to find where the cross-contamination happened.
Would I go back? Probably
If you have a serious allergy or celiac, that means life or death I would avoid.

I love that veggie pasta bake. Thats sooooo good plus coming with a good amount of breadsticks . You can pay a little extra if you want cheesesticks. People if you love veggies get this pasta bake.

After driving around 500 miles today my husband and I wanted to eat a meal in the restaurant but because I used the wrong coupons on the app we were told we couldn’t eat inside. There was no one eating inside, NO ONE. I was going to add items once inside and planned on giving a tip also. All I can say is wow, there is no compassion or empathy at all anymore. We were forced to take our food and leave, we had to eat in our hotel room. How dumb is that. We didn’t need to be waited on either. We just wanted to sit together and eat. Terrible experience!
