I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, and normally, the experience is fine and the food is good, but tonight I had the worst experience. First, we waited behind a vehicle for 15 minutes, in a DRIVE THRU, however, that wasn’t the worst part, when we got to the window, they forgot one of our 8pc wings, we sat outside the window for like 3-5 minutes before anyone noticed and came back to the window, ok, thats fine, but while waiting we noticed the wings we did get were smashed, ok, thats fine, but they were also wrong. After they handed us the ones they forget we decided we wanted a refund for the whole order, we were even willing to give back the food, but we were denied the refund and only offered a refund for the wrong wings, we took it. While finishing up the transaction my partner said “Just do your job right next time” and the lady at the window said “We’ll remember that”. We then called to make a complaint but the person who answered was the person who was at the window and said that we were being rude to her, right, like telling you to do your job right when you got stuff wrong and forgot items isn’t being rude, its telling the truth. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back to this location despite being a customer almost my whole life because I grew up here.

We ordered it for delivery and it said 30 minutes through the app 30 minutes goes by and nothing. We then get a text saying DoorDash has picked up your order should be there within ten minutes. We never ordered through DoorDash…. We call thinking it’s the store and get outsourced to India where they then send us over to the store and we were told “oh the driver just picked it up” are you serious? So we wait another ten minutes this Pizza Hut is 2 miles down the road from our hotel. We then get a text saying the phone number of the driver and we call him “oh I just picked it up but I’ll be there in two minutes”
Ordered a bbq pizza can’t taste any BBQ sauce at all just pizza dough, cheese and meat. Also ordered a supreme where’s the sauce?! So disappointed there’s WAY better pizza huts in Billings than this one. Pizza was cold. I don’t blame the DoorDash driver that picked it up I blame this establishment for their timing and not having a driver on staff. Had we known we would’ve never tipped through the app and just given the driver cash. I do hope the DoorDash driver gets the whole tip and not just partial. Unacceptable Pizza Hut you need to do ALOT better if I could’ve left 0 stars I would’ve but the app won’t let me

I called in a large order for work and I had to use several gift cards that had to be keyed in by hand. Sinder helped me and was very efficient and friendly. It is hard to find that anymore and I greatly appreciated it!

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I got the 2 large pizzas bread sticks and a cookie. I’m almost 100% sure it was frozen pizza it was barely larger than my hand and the crust and topping were horrible. Totinos pizza is better and that’s no exaggeration!

My food was cold, dry, and I was not given extra sauce as ordered. The box the fries came in wasn’t even half full and they were cold. I’m disappointed in pizza huts quality.
The delivery driver, I didn’t get her name, but she is awesome and friendly. And she drove in the snow and ice for me. She deserves so much more than a $10 delivery fee and tip.

Messed up online order then wouldn’t honor the promo in-store, despite showing them confirmation with store location and items purchased. Didn’t even try to make it right. No apology or offer so much as a small discount for having to wait another 20 minutes. Just had to buy a full price pizza and wait. Staff were nice, poor customer service from manager. If it’s not a promo you’re honoring why did your website let me order it?

Found out the manager is refusing to schedule more people (not because they are short staffed). Meaning the scheduled one cook on a Friday night. I feel so bad for these employees having to suffer and deal with this. Just because the manager is refusing to step up and run the restaurant how it should be ran.
