I like Pizza Hut, but I have to be honest. I ordered an extra large and when I got was a medium and I know that’s the trend but when I order something just charge me more instead of shocking me I wish these companies would just be honest. Just tired of being gaslit. We think we know what we’re buying. We order an extra large. We think we’re going to be feeding a certain number of people. If I’ve known I was getting a medium I would’ve ordered two.

Any other Pizza hut in town is better than this stop. I ordered 3 pizzas well done, one sausage and 2 bacon, some cajin fries and bread sticks. I could not even eat the bacon pizzas they went in the trash since they were so soggy and under cooked. The fries tasted like rubber and even my kids who love fries didn’t want them. I have tried this location a few times and almost every time there is an issue. Either they run out of ingredients (pizza doe, alfredo sauce) or they are just closed random days of the week.

Just ordered from here got cheesesticks and “pepperoni lovers” pizza where’s all the pepperoni for this supposed “pepperoni lovers” and there’s not really any cheese on the cheesesticks anymore apparently guess my favorite pizza to get I’ll have to no longer get since they don’t want to put the toppings on to make it a “pepperoni lovers” pizza nor enough cheese to actually call their cheesesticks cheesesticks utter disappointment pizza hut all this and had to fight with your app to even get it delivered guess I should’ve just not ordered when the app kept not working right…..before the dots was a year ago tried again belknap store again “pepperoni lovers” pizza cheesesticks that apparently now come with maybe a miniscule single centimeter of a layer if your lucky that they are claiming as cheese sticks compared to what they used to do which were actually cheese sticks….almost a 50$ bill other person got the pizza they wanted i spent 3$ more for extra pepperoni on the pan “pepperoni lovers” pizza ended up with a pizza that once again has alot of cheese barely any pepperoni especially for 3$ extra charge for more pepperoni everything else should’ve been reg cheese looks under cooked no pizza sauce on it instead some like hot sauce smelling tasting stuff on it so guess im out all that money door dash driver (3rd party) not technically affiliated with the company was great to bad the actual pizza hut employees cant do the job they are being paid for. To bad the pizza hut company has diminished their product from what it used to be. Im extremely displeased, displeasured, and unimpressed with what once was my favorite place to get pizza and cheese sticks this is unacceptable. I definitely no longer recommend pizza hut. Especially the one on belknap in billings MT. Goodluck to you if you choose to use this business. Also this was ordered at 7:40pm. So plenty of time before they closed.

Beware doordashers Pizza Hut says they will do things for you but they won’t do them they’ll give you free coupons for free pizzas for delivering their pizzas for you but when you try to use the pizza coupons that they give you they don’t honor the coupons they talk nasty to you on the phone they call you names and then they hang up on you.
And then when my wife goes to the store to pick up the pizzas with the coupons as they told us we were going to have to do they physically attacked her in the store

Waited in the drive through for 50 minutes. The manager said they were experiencing a cheese malfunction, which makes me question pizza hut as a whole. No refund, no discount, nothing. Although the manager was fairly apologetic, I won’t be returning. The cheese was like a powdered texture, not quite parmesan cheese like, just really gross. And it didn’t make sense because the cheese on the pepperoni side was just fine. Idk, I suggest Papa Johns out of the three chains for sure, I wanted to give Pizza Hut a chance since they are literally 3 blocks away, never again. There’s no excuse for me to wait almost an hour in the drive through with no discount or good product. I even showed up 5 minutes after the ready time.

Last night ordered a couple melts, they were way over cooked and broke my husband’s tooth trying to eat it. I called and the manager on duty refunded which was great. Well today I tried them again and this time our supreme pizza was still raw! I was pulling chunks of dough off the pizza. Definitely not coming back here.

Horrible service and rude staff. Ordered food and when food was made incorrectly, I let the manager know politely (“hey just to let you know, I ordered this. I’ll still eat it, but just so you were aware”) and she went into the back of the counter which was about 5 feet away from my small table in a very dirty location and talk negatively about me including calling me inappropriate names knowing I can hear because “people shouldn’t be so picky”

I am not normally someone who takes the time to deal with writing a review, so I have to be pushed pretty far to come to this point. But i can say with 100% certainty that the Belknap Pizza Hut Location in Billings Montana, is without a doubt the WORST Pizza Hut Location in Billings. Every single time i have gone to this location, or ordered delivery, it is a longer than expected wait, and the staff are just NASTY. Some rude woman, who i have to assume is the manager, yelling at the other staff, treating customers like garbage, and doing a poor job of giving quality. It’s like her whole motto for working is “Just get it out of here!”. Food is often times made wrong, or poorly, with cheese not covering the whole pizza, or notes left on the order not paid attention to. It also doesn’t help that this location always takes over 1 hour to delivery, because they let door dash take deliveries. Also, it seems to me that Corporate has abandoned this location, due to run down equipment that barely works. The amount of times i see the cashier having trouble with their systems is crazy. I am always one to give second, third, even fourth chances, but Belknap Pizza Hut has had its last. If you want Pizza Hut, go to King Ave or Main. Do NOT go to this location.
