Any other Pizza hut in town is better than this stop. I ordered 3 pizzas well done, one sausage and 2 bacon, some cajin fries and bread sticks. I could not even eat the bacon pizzas they went in the trash since they were so soggy and under cooked. The fries tasted like rubber and even my kids who love fries didn’t want them. I have tried this location a few times and almost every time there is an issue. Either they run out of ingredients (pizza doe, alfredo sauce) or they are just closed random days of the week.

Well over an hour since we placed our order. Called and asked what was going on. Was told that the Doordasher had already left with it. When I asked for a promo for my trouble, was told they could offer me 10 dollars store credit. When the order itself was almost twenty dollars. I’m not very happy with their so called “customer service” I just got angry and hung up. Thinking we need to go to a different pizza place. Because here…ANYONE outpizza’s the hut!

Waited in the drive through for 50 minutes. The manager said they were experiencing a cheese malfunction, which makes me question pizza hut as a whole. No refund, no discount, nothing. Although the manager was fairly apologetic, I won’t be returning. The cheese was like a powdered texture, not quite parmesan cheese like, just really gross. And it didn’t make sense because the cheese on the pepperoni side was just fine. Idk, I suggest Papa Johns out of the three chains for sure, I wanted to give Pizza Hut a chance since they are literally 3 blocks away, never again. There’s no excuse for me to wait almost an hour in the drive through with no discount or good product. I even showed up 5 minutes after the ready time.

Horrible service and rude staff. Ordered food and when food was made incorrectly, I let the manager know politely (“hey just to let you know, I ordered this. I’ll still eat it, but just so you were aware”) and she went into the back of the counter which was about 5 feet away from my small table in a very dirty location and talk negatively about me including calling me inappropriate names knowing I can hear because “people shouldn’t be so picky”

Horrible service. Was charged $61 for Lrg pizza, garlic cheese bread & was given the wrong order of hot wings! I ordered 18 bone in buffalo wings and received 7 boneless breaded honey bbq instead. Tried contacting them only for them to continuously hang up on me seven times. To make matters worse we waited hour and a half for our order!!

This pizza was absolutely horrible. I’ve told people that Pizza Hut is the best. I’m going to have to eat that crow because I could not eat the pizza. I ended up throwing all but one slice away. I think they have put less in a quarter of a teaspoon of marinara on pizza. The crust was soggy. This was the last Pizza Hut pizza I will ever order.

Very good customer service. Usually we opt for little Ceasars, because the price point. Pizza hut actually had some good coupons, that made it affordable. The product was good. I can expect consistency with the food. All in all, my expectations were exceeded.

We ordered at 5:28pm Sunday night. It is now 8:05pm. The store does NOT answer their phone. And the order phone line is unable to help. Worst service EVER. P.S. The pizza was never delivered.
