My brother and I ordered takeout from this Pizza Hut. When he went in to pick it up, they handed him the wrong pizza. He noticed right away, went back inside, and one employee told him, “Sorry, we can’t take it back—just keep it.” Fine. Mistakes happen.
But then, as my brother stood waiting for the correct order, another customer walked in. That’s when one of Pizza Hut’s employees—some smug, dorky redhead with glasses—decided to make a scene of his own. He snatched the wrong pizza out of my brother’s hands, handed it off to the other customer, and loudly announced, “Here you go, free pizza!” Like he was some kind of hero—except it was at my brother’s expense.
Not only was this unnecessary, but it was also flat-out rude. There was no reason to treat my brother like that in public. It was unprofessional, embarrassing, and honestly beneath even Pizza Hut standards. I’ve ordered from this location before and never had to deal with such nonsense, but this was the first time anyone in my family has been treated with that kind of disrespect.
So, if you plan on ordering here, be prepared—you might get the wrong pizza, and if you’re lucky, a condescending employee to go with it.

The last 2 times I ordered a pizza from here the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. It was like eating raw dough. I thought I would give it another try. Got home and the same thing. Will not be going back to this pizza hut. Quality control, food safety, it’s not there.

To be honest, l would have rated a 3 at first but the great customer service I received immediately changed that. I drove 10 hours out here for work and was absolutely starving I order two pizzas for take out, they weren’t great quality, one was undercooked and not cut and the other was just unappetizing. I called the store and spoke to the manager and they delivered two new pizzas to my hotel so I didn’t have to drive back at no charge and the pizza they delivered was top notch quality and quick. I wish I had gotten the store managers name but thank you so much for your help and correction.

Ordered a taco pizza. It came with sausage on it and not hamburger. I called the store after waiting for over 10 minutes finally got to tell someone it was incorrect. He proceeded to argue with me that they haven’t had any sausage in the store because of supply chain issues. I know what sausage looks like and tastes like, this was sausage.
