We ordered in 3 pizzas plus other items, including a taco pizza. The other pizzas were fine but the taco was major disppointment. It came with no cheese except a little cheese melted on top of the lettuce which was warm and looked mainly wilted. I called because unedible, never had a taco pizza like that. The young lady I spoke to working was very rude. Then asked to speak to manager who was polite. He said we don’t give coupons and offered no other solution. He said we put the lettuce on last but in delivery may of got warm. No doubt that is how suppose to be but mine was warm with the only cheese on pizza on top of the lettuce melted. I’ve ordered other taco pizzas and never had melted cheese on top of warm lettuce. Fine no coupon but an apology at least been nice. Though usually get some compensation if food is unedible. Sorry but the young lady needs to learn customer service skills.

Pizza delivered hot and the whole pizza smashed together in the corner of the box like it had been dropped or carried vertically. Driver left it at the door that way and left before I could get to the door (hotel). I called them & manager said she’d send a new pizza right away and they would take the smashed one back. New pizza arrived 45 minutes later. No apology. Finally ate dinner 2 hours after ordering. Pic is of first pizza as it was delivered.

Don’t communicate or comprehend well. I hate I spent my money with these guys all these years online not knowing their employees are so rude. The pizza I ordered had no toppings on it literally. The employee was rude when I tried to dispute my order. I basically had to sit on the phone 30 or more minutes just to get help from other people. Hire people that actually care about the customer not people that just need work.

Stopped to pick up pizza & wings ordered by a family member. Arrived home and realized we were given someone else’s order. Called and was asked to return the wrong food. Returned the food thru the drive thru window and was sent home with our cold pizza that had been sitting in the store for thirty minutes. Not impressed.

Ordered our pizza at 5:03 pm on a Friday via the app. At 5:18 received a text pizza was out for delivery. That is under 20 min for two hot and fresh pizzas delivered to my door. And it tasted great. Nice job!

Ordered through door dash because app was not working and selected the big dinner box with 3 pizzas. I ordered 3 different pizzas one with pepperoni for sure and the other with sausage. I opened it and it came with cheese only on both pizzas. I called the store and the person was rude and said I only ordered cheese and said there is nothing I can do to help you. They won’t even mark delivered in doordash so I can try to.resolve it with them. It’s going to be awhile before I order from here again. Shouldn’t have even ordered after the big scandal they had in the first place recently.

I prefer ordering online instead of the phone since I can add instructions online. The New York pizza was amazing! The delivery driver was sooner than the projected delivery time and they followed instructions. No complaints.
