Have had average to below average experience with this store. Food quality is all over the place from piping hot and delicious to cool, dry and cardboard flavored. Delivery (when by a PH driver) has always been good but, when they unknowingly use third party (Door Dash) it’s Always late being delivered and not once has it been fresh hot. One of the front end guys was cracking jokes when I did carry out one time and was telling very inappropriate jokes to a customer (me).

Order for delivery, did not get my food. Asked to refund it took me to go over to the building and request it two days later. I did get the pizza and two drinks after two days! This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Pizza Hut. Do not recommend!

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. It’s my two daughters’ birthdays today and three out of our five pizzas are missing the correct toppings. When I called in, the man on the phone wasn’t rude, but didn’t have much interest in fixing the issues. He said all they could do for me was offer store credit. I asked why they couldn’t send out the correct pizzas; 3 out of 5 pizzas wrong isn’t a small mistake. He had no answer and said credit was the best they could do. I like this location though and will still order from them in the future. Just disappointed that my kids got pizzas they won’t eat now because of incorrect toppings. If you have children you understand what an odyssey that can be.

There is nothing more disappointing then spending an absurd amount of money on pizza just to have to run to the trashcan and spit out a nasty wad of raw dough, then have to spend the next 5 minutes washing the raw dough out of my mouth. Disgusting. Even the toppings seem undercooked somehow. You guys need to turn that oven on for goodness sake, this is ridiculous. I agree with the last review, you can just look at dough and tell its still raw. The cheese and the dough are just melted together into a disgusting slime, it’s rancid.

It’s hard to give a 5 star on everything but this place comes as close as it gets. I don’t know about most people where you go to grab a bite to eat and it’s almost like your inconveniencing them that is NOT this place the people are great the food is great wish the waiting area was a little bigger or had more comfortable seating having a bad back sitting kinda sucks at most places but this place definitely does a great job and they have an amazing staff

Easily the best Pizza Hut in Rapid City, staff is always happy and cheerful unlike the one that is closer to my house (Haines Ave). I will definitely travel the extra 10 min to go here.

In comparison to the other Pizza Hut locations in town this is by far the best! The order has always been correct, warm, tasted fabulous! I did have problems with delivery once but it was a door dasher and not a reflection of this location.
Though I have never spoken to anyone at this location (I order online, I only call if something is missing/wrong) kuddos to the managers and team at this location, you must have a well put together crew to provide this kind of fast, efficent service. Good Job!
