Amazing customer service for one and secondly everything we ordered tonight was delicious. We probably ordered too much lol. Completely dead during evening peak times; I honestly swore it was closed driving up minus the drive through. The service was incredibly slow; 20 minutes to take our order when there was plenty staff available and we were the only customers. While waiting for the pizza to cook, the music was very explicit with lyrics throwing F*** and N***** till business picked up with families; least for 15 minuets till it started up. Staff would have loud explicit conversations talking about smoking and sex. This creates a very adult atmosphere and I can see why business was dead. Pizza was only okay as a large stuffed crust I could see light shine through with it being so thin. For a large pizza with 3 topping costing 29.47; I expected better.

Pierre South Dakota Pizza Hut is horrible with delivery and food was cold plus our $68.00 order was messed up. Then when we called there mess up to the what we ordered and get the proper order they put me on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes again. When I called back the 2nd time the lady answered the phone and within seconds after saying hello she hung the phone up on me. Then I called back she didn’t say anything just forward me to customer service. Horrible business! Why shop or eat local snd support local when you get treated like this. I thought I would try Pizza again and after this, not supporting a horrible business like this again. This didn’t even deserve a one star rating.
