pizza was HARD as frig and there was no sauce on the wings. working a 13 hour day and not wanting to cook so ordered food just made my day even worse. thanks alot pizza hut.as yes i mixed them up in the container i use to work at pizza hut there was absolutely no sauce. if i wanted chicken nuggets i would’ve went to mcdonalds

Completely dead during evening peak times; I honestly swore it was closed driving up minus the drive through. The service was incredibly slow; 20 minutes to take our order when there was plenty staff available and we were the only customers. While waiting for the pizza to cook, the music was very explicit with lyrics throwing F*** and N***** till business picked up with families; least for 15 minuets till it started up. Staff would have loud explicit conversations talking about smoking and sex. This creates a very adult atmosphere and I can see why business was dead. Pizza was only okay as a large stuffed crust I could see light shine through with it being so thin. For a large pizza with 3 topping costing 29.47; I expected better.

Pizza is undercooked, ingredients are poorly distributed and have no cohesion. There is virtually no sauce or cheese.
No sauce on the boneless wings either.

Multiple times of ordering and never fails they will screw something up, ordered wings tonight different flavors neither one have enough sauce to wet a finger , most time they forget something and don’t give credit for screwing up

Horrible on all levels. Ordered on the mobile app at 5:54 pm and arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes later when estimated food would be done. Was told there were just waiting on one item and should be about 4 minutes. After waiting 30-40 more minutes I finally got my food. Hot and fresh out of the oven is what the guy said. Not only were my fries cold and soggy, my melt was cold and husbands melt was burnt. The whole time waiting there was a guy in the kitchen yelling constantly about not being able to find anything and kept yelling at the two other workers I need help got a mess back here and can’t find anything.
Fast forward to 3 in the morning you guessed it…Food poisoning. Horrible does not even begin to describe. Never Again will I eat at Pierre Pizza Hut. Do NOT recommend. If I could give a 0 I would. They don’t even deserve a1 star.
