I’m not sure what happened with this Pizza Hut. It used to be the best one.
If I order light sauce, I truly expect it to be light sauce and also, when did we start skimping on the cheese. Or better yet, why is it only on a portion of the top? There’s more crust and bread than toppings. My previous order as well had so much sauce and no seasoning on my breadsticks.

Tried Pizza Hut for the first time in awhile after a few bad experiences. The food was cooked to perfection. They initially forgot my wings but brought me another entire order! Very happy with Pizza Hut again.

This store has gone downhill. The manager madison is never at the store as ive heard MULTIPLE employees upset that they need her and shes seemingly no where to be found. And this is EVERY time im there. They never have a manager in the store to handle issues because of this. Do better for your employees. Also has a nasty tone over the phone. Will not recommend because it’s as if the manager does not care for her store, constantly dirty bathroom too. Im staying away from this store from now on.

Thus store is garbage. I ordered for delivery and apparently they deliver via doordash because they have no employees i guess…but when a driver did not pick up my order, instead of calling me, they literally let it sit in the warmer until I called them…an hour and half after I ordered. The best they could offer me was a refund or the option to drive a pick up food that had been sitting in a warmer cabinet that i paid delivery/tip for. Awesome. Will definitely be finding a different pizza chain.

Called for delivery. The Snootiest tone right from the start. From a female employee named Madison. I’m a regular and all employees that have taken my order have been polite and helpful. Except Madison! Her Impolite tone made me not want to add a tip for the delivery driver.
This Pizza Hut location would be better served if it kept Madison in the back away from customers!

We ordered a few items for delivery but didn’t receive our cheese sticks. Called and were told they would send them out right away-waited a hour and called back and they hadn’t even made them and had forgotten we called. We asked to be reimbursed for the sticks. Wouldn’t have been such a big deal but it’s why we ordered from there since our daughter loves their cheese sticks.

These guys are amazing. Got us our food super fast, gave us a free soda. they are understaffed and need help. Their manager has clocked in 18 hours but hasn’t showed up. Fire this manager instantly, and get them more help
