I made a mistake and didn’t look at my pizza before leaving. I waited about 20 minutes longer than the estimated time for my order to be ready. I never saw my name on the screen by the counter, but the man at the counter gave me my receipt. He looked in the warmer a couple times for my pizza but it wasn’t there. Then he finally went into the back and saw a medium pizza sitting on top of one of their shelves or oven, opened it up and said it was there all along. So I took the pizza home and it wasn’t mine. My husband and I ate it anyway because we were on a time crunch and I wasn’t going to drive across town again. . This is not a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni and not a pan crust. They were busy and don’t know what happened, but very disappointed in their service. I should have looked at the pizza before I left. I have no idea what happened to the pizza I ordered. I’m sure it was a random mistake, but…

Disappointed with this order. Delivery was late, the pizza crust had a strange taste, and I only received 3 very dry boneless wings (pictured). I also ordered diet soda but received regular. For the price, I expected much better quality and accuracy.

We were hungry for a nice Cheese Pizza. I ordered one from Pizza Hut. We went with a Large extra cheese and extra sauce. It was delivered by a nice Pizza Hut Delivery Driver (not DoorDash Yeah!). It arrived hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Oh, I forgot to mention we had to go with some cheese sticks also, cook perfectly. This Pizza Hut does such a good job. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

My 1st grader earned a Book It personal pan pizza, and wanted plain cheese. It doesn’t seem possible to mess up a personal pan cheese pizza, but they managed. Not only that, it was done for at least 45mins before I picked it up (at my scheduled time) and was not “hot and fresh”.

So….I wasn’t sure how to approach this issue. I ordered a Detroit Style Pizza last night. Im originally from Michigan. Wanted to see how they do it at The Hut. Once it was delivered, I realized it was definitely not a Detroit Style. It was a Detroit inspired Sicilian Style Pizza. I didn’t care too much. I was hungry. Pizza was good. But not what I wanted. I hope this is not how all the shops are doing it. Cuz it’s wrong. Wouldn’t mind trying a real one from you guys.
