The pizza and service are excellent. If you are hoping for a dine-in experience, however, be aware there is only a very small little nook with one table and three chairs available.
The pizza is always amazing -a personal favorite of mine. As our local Pizza Hut closed, we stop here whenever possible while we’re traveling to eat. The staff is kind, courteous, and helpful; they were very friendly when we stopped.

Ordered the big box dinner with 2 pizzas, bread sticks and wings. I pizza was cheese and the other was 1 that I made up with chicken, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, olives and white garlic sauce NOT the red sauce. And then there isn’t even ranch or blue cheese with the buffalo wings.

I would not order from this place. 3 times over a 3 day period I’ve tried to order. The order was confirmed, sent out for delivery and never showed up to my door. Only live 5 mins away, maybe not even. 0/5 points for them.

The person who answered the phone argued with me telling me he specifically remembered my order and he made it himself and that there was an extra amount of seasoning on my order..
there’s no seasoning on my bread sticks!!
He yelled at me and hung up on me!!
Breadsticks were plain, pizza was good, cinnamon sticks were fair at best.
I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in Alexandria ever again based on this thought.

I love pizza hut pizza and its always good. However their app and online ordering system is terrible! Most of the time i cant even place an order cause it fails/times out/crashes and its so frustrating! When i can place an order, it takes about 20 minutes to complete which is ridiculous. (You can call and order but online/app ordering is much more convenient for me so its my preferred method and when it doesn’t work, we get pizza elsewhere.)
