We are incredibly disappointed with our order tonight. As loyal customers of Morris Pizza Hut, we’ve always enjoyed our favorite Tavern pizza, but this experience has completely soured our view of this location.
First off, we ordered extra pineapple as a topping, which you can clearly see on our receipt. However, when the pizza arrived, there was no pineapple at all. We immediately called the restaurant to inquire, and that’s when the frustration began. The staff member who answered the phone was dismissive and unapologetic, simply stating that they were “out of pineapple.”
When we pointed out that we had been charged for the extra pineapple, the staff member insisted that it wasn’t included in the charge, even though our receipt clearly showed it. We felt completely brushed off and disrespected. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or offer any compensation — just a rude attitude and a complete lack of care for our concern.
The pizza itself was also below the usual standard — cold, lacking flavor, and just overall disappointing. Between the missing topping and the rude service, this was a terrible experience. It’s hard to justify supporting this location when the staff is so unprofessional and the food quality is inconsistent.
Terrible service, terrible attitude, and a completely unsatisfactory meal. Not the Pizza Hut we know.

We used to frequent this Pizza Hut until recently. Their food was pretty good. It was the franchisees that ruined everything. If you don’t like the dated interior, it is the fault of the franchisees. They don’t want invest anymore money than they have to into the restaurant. Now they are bad mouthing the previous staff that walked out on them because they forced them to run a skeleton crew. It was absolutely offensive to find out they don’t maintain their fleet of delivery cars, forcing their drivers to drive during the coldest winter and hottest summer months with no heat or air conditioning. I felt horrible because they have delivered my pizza and I would have gladly picked up my pizza had I known their delivery vehicles were in such poor conditions.

Waited an hour for the pizza to be delivered and placed the order an hour prior to close, when I finally called employee “River” simply repeated that they are closed. Didn’t get our money back which is theft. The employees were very rude and apathetic.

Ordered take out off of the app. Walked in and almost walked out. Entrance dirty, windows were filthy. Inside was the same. Very dirty floors, sticky and carpets were beyond worn out. Food was okay. Needs a thorough cleaning.

Staff is friendly. Food is hot & tastes good. I love that they brought the white sauce back but a little unhappy that they charge $3 for a small container of it. They don’t have a gluten-free menu option so while the rest of our group ate, one of our family members ate nothing as the waitress couldn’t offer a gluten-free option. Pizza Hut, Please figure this out – many other restaurants offer gluten free – it’s 2018!

My family was in Morris for a college volleyball match at the University of Morris campus, and we ordered a pizza online at Pizza Hut. It was a marvelous two-topping pizza with pepperoni and mushroom, and the restaurant had it out in short order. The staff was very friendly and helpful and offered napkins and condiments to go with the take out order. We were very pleased with our quick stop here! We’ll definitely be patronizing this Pizza Hut again.

I love Pizza Hut but this one is so incredibly dirty and gross. I will go out of my way to stop before we go to avoid the bathrooms completely. It’s table charades because half of them haven’t been wiped off and are still dirty. The parmesan and red pepper shakers are so greasy and gross and clearly never ever get wiped off. Along with that some are quite old and all hardened at the bottoms. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like I wish they would take the time to clean it up, it would really make a world of difference!

My delivery driver was awesome yesterday evening but the food, not so much. My pizza had been tossed into the box so hard sauce & toppings went over one side of the crust & into the box. I have ordered this specific combination of ingredients on my pizza here before, why was it so salty this time? It’s going to be long time before I order here again. What a waste of my hard-earned money.
