Well, first the guy drops the money on the ground and then makes me get down and look for it in the dark on the side of my house who don’t go to b the front of a house? Lol who cares about that it’s what my pizza taste n looks like I get my pizza and it’s not even cooked the cheeses raw the sticks too crunchy. No flavor This is my first time I’m having Pizza Hut in like three years I used to absolutely love it and not gonna lie. Tastes worse then cardboard I’ll stick to Jake’s. NO SAUCE AT ALL

I picked up my pizza within 20 minutes of ordering. It was lukewarm at best. Got home to eat and it tasted absolutely horrible, I warmed it up in the oven hoping to salvage something edible it was disgusting. I will never go back.

So after a day of traveling the last thing I wanted to cook at home so I decided to order out. I have had food from this location numerous times. I got the meat lovers melt my girlfriend got the cheese pasta and we got a order of bacon cheese sticks. Went to pick up the order and felt that one of the boxes was a bit damp but I didn’t think to much of it. Opened up the box with the melt and the bottom is CAKED in grease (so much so John travolta could do cosplay of Danny in my food box) my girlfriends sauce on her pasta was so creamy and garlicky that she could repel vampires. The cheese sticks were decent except the fact we had to recut them and they were Lukewarm when we got home

I recently decided to give our local hut another shot. I should have remembered the struggles with consistency this location has. Ordered for delivery on a Monday evening with a 25 to 30 minute window. 90 minutes and we’ve given up anything showing up, especially after getting a message saying DoorDash is going to deliver the pizza and then it’s saying the order was canceled.
The delivery person didn”t even so much as apologize or acknowledge anything was wrong. I had unfortunately misplaced my trust that maybe just maybe they were slammed and that there was a chance the pizza was still fresh but just incredibly late. 90 minutes for a current promotional menu item and some bread sticks. It arrived 100° and the cheese was solid. And I find their definition of “double pepperoni” laughable.
I should have come to my senses and checked before I paid him and rejected the darn thing. Paid for what was essentially left overs and disappointment. The good news is my contacted Pizza Hut and it only took them a week for them to solve my issue by saying sorry and they’ll pass feedback on.
Let this be a reminder to myself and a warning to others that you might get average and acceptable food from this location, but there is a larger risk than you probably think that you will only be ordering sadness.
Use a restaurant that has proper staffing, training, or care.

Their crust is so plain. If you want the real seasoned crust you have to pay extra. Going in to pick up pizza – this place doesn’t look like someplace I’d like my food to come from. Will not be going back any time soon.

Ordered a pizza with garlic sauce and the entire middle crust was raw. I called and was told that it was because I ordered the garlic sauce and that they could “remake it, but it would be the same amount of raw.” They refused to give me a full refund and offered me half of what I paid online as “store credit.” PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!
Funny thing is I got this job, worked an hour, saw the red flags and quit before that hour was up. I shouldn’t have tried to order here, in hindsight.

It’s not the quality pizza it used to be. The pizza was very dry, barely any sauce or cheese and don’t get be going on the crust. Do better Pizza Hut.

5 stars because we had messed up the time on our pizza thinking it was for the day of and it was for the day after the woman working was super understanding and made us a pizza even though they were closing in 5 minutes and the pizza was absolutely amazing so thank you to the 2 working 10/10 at 1am!
