Strong odor of urine in the bathroom.. Urine everywhere in the bathrooms … people were stepping in it and tracking it around the restaurant.. sticky tables… sticky seats (even ones that were set up for customers to sit in. We went because we don’t have one in our town, but this was by far the most disgusting restaurant I’ve been in. Pizza tasted of old bread. Breadsticks were okay though, this is not the Pizza Hut I remember as a child growing up in the 1990s. I’m suprised the health inspector hasn’t shut this place down. If I’m in the customer area and this is what I’m seeing, I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. Also the pinball machines took my quarters too.. but that seems like a small thing compared to everything else.

We had a bbq chicken medium pizza. It was nice and stuff’s behavior was really good. Overall it was nice experience. This place is just beside the Walmart, Austin, MN.

I used to order wings all the time from this Pizza Hut. Unfortunately the quality went down hill. The wings had barely any sauce. Was there any sauce on the pizza??
Highly doubt it. 10/10 DON’T recommend, my 5 year old could do way better. Get wings from Buffalo Wild Wings in Owatonna instead.

Food was cold and over cooked. Appetizer came out with the pizza. The pop was way too syrupy.

We ordered as a group at work, I paid, my coworker who placed it as a guest. We did the Backyard BBQ and we literally thought there was zero BBQ on it. I called the store and the sup. on said they can only do so much sauce or else it’ll burn. I’ve had plenty of BBQ pizzas from other places, and there has definitely been enough sauce on it. The sup. offered to add points to my account, and I informed her the girl who ordered, placed as a guest. We didn’t want points as last time we ordered at work we did the party for one and when the store was out of fries, they took it upon themselves to do mozz sticks. No phone call to see what we want instead, just subbing. So here I am just wanting money back and no points bc I honestly don’t trust my order will be correct. She insists it can’t be done. I did the online chat that was available until midnight that night. I was told I’d be contacted within 1-3 business days and I haven’t heard anything. This is a joke and I’d really appreciate a refund on my order with food and customer service lacking. If needed, I even took a picture of the pizza, under the cheese, where there supposedly was BBq sauce, and it is literally plain.

My daughter ordered a Pizza that did not arrive. We called to get a refund the next morning. Gentleman told us if we wanted a refund he would need approval. They called and left a message stating we could not get a refund since we did not call the same day. It was the last delivery of the day so we were not able to. Our only option was to go in and pick up a puzza. This is the second time this has happened. Delivery guy says he delivered it but he did not. You can see the driver on the app and he never was even in the area. I would not recommend this location for delivery service.

Gave 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Waste of money. Ordered pizza for delivery and it took an hour and a half to receive barely room temperature pizza. Called them to see why it was taking so long and got a list of excuses about not having drivers, etc. The driver told me he waited half an hour for my food to be released for him to deliver and he was through door dash. Ended up throwing away a bunch of the food because we found hair embedded in the crust so definitely wasn’t from us. Contacted customer service online and was told I would be contacted in 3 days with a resolution to these issues but instead received a coupon for a free pizza to use within 30 days like I want to eat there again anytime soon. For the price I paid I could’ve gotten better food and service somewhere else.

Called placed an order for delivery and added a tip to the credit card for the driver. 35 minuets later they call and say there is no driver that thy will refund my card within 5 to 7 days and i can come pick the order up if i still want it but they will half to charge my card again for 43.00 Not everyone has 90.00 laying in there bank to pay for your mistake when you are hungry. Also they refused to give the number to corporate or head management.
Would not recommend this store to anyone be warned if your hungry and short on cash they will make you regret it and cause you stress..
