Fantastic customer service at this location. Currently they don’t have drivers of their own and are outsourcing to a third-party; this works fine most of the time. Just had a Doordasher pick up my order and go AWOL without even registering in the system that he had my food. This team not only apologized but remade my order for free (I decided to go get it myself to save time) for an inconvenience that I understand was out of their control. Cool experience from a humble location.

They make a really good pizza if you’re into the pizza hut type of pizza. Quick and easy for nights on the go is what i think its good for. It will never be a large new York style pizza with greasy cheese you fold in half and bite even though you’re burning the roof of your mouth with hot grease but you can’t wait cause it tastes so freaking amazing….. no, this is pizza hut and it is cardboard crust and tasteless marinara but in a quick fix and budget it fits the bill. This location doesn’t really have a dine in area. I mean there are like 2 high top tables you can sit at but you at right there by the door and counter and it’s not very inviting to enjoy a meal. So just order to go here. They are fast and haven’t had any issues with wrong orders or too long of a wait.

ordered pizza yesterday when the delivery driver got here automatically realize I was missing items. Called and talked to the store manager. I think her name is Shelby. she was a delight. She did send out the missing items. After I hung up with her, however the kids started asking for pizza when I went to feed them I realized that the two pizzas that I had were not the pizza that I even ordered. Call Back. She informed me that her GM would be in today and to call back and talk to them to see what they could do. Just got off the phone with the GM Allan, The pizzas will be remade and sent to me, which is great thank you. However, Allan’s customer service skills and attitude is very rough around the edge. Should we say? He was very short in conversation very quick to cut me off and then when the conversation was pretty much over when he told me OK fine I’ll send new pizzas out. They’ll be there in 30 minutes. I said OK thank you he said yeah and hung up.
I’m not used to this type of customer service seeing that this is the very first time I’ve ever ordered from this particular Pizza Hut here in Rochester. I’ve never had any issues or problems with my order or customer service at the north Pizza Hut. At this rate, maybe I will only order pizza when I’m at work or drive to the northside if this is how this restaurant is all the time.

We made an order for delivery because my husband and I have been working late and wanted the kids to have something easy to eat. We have never had a problem until tonight. Doordash sucks and just left our food outside at some other house. Angie, I think her name was, was wonderful. They made it again and had her staff deliver the food. Ordered online for delivery. Ordered a Large Supreme Pan and received a Supreme thin stuffed crust. Also ordered Parmesan Cheese for a dollar and got Red Crushed Pepper. We were in a hotel and were looking for some comfort food. While the pizza was okay and we ate it, it was NOT what we ordered. If you’ve ever had this happen to you, it is pretty disappointing. Especially when it costs more than a meal at a nice restaurant.
