Ordered earlier in the middle of doing a bunch of things knowing I needed to run into town and we wanted pizza and wings when I did. Got sidetracked before arriving to pick up the order. The gentleman who greeted me insisted on remarking the food so it would be at its freshest despite it being my total lack of prioritization. Food was awesome. Chicken cooked right and not underdone but juicy. NY style pizza is always so much better than that other place that makes it now. Solid value. Dinning room seemed happy and alive which is surprising for a non peak evening.

I understand this Pizza Hut is under new management. Just wanted to share the experience as it seems like they’re crushing it. Thanks!!!

We ordered from here to pickup at three and when we got here at 2:50 the doors were locked. We waited till 3 and tried 2 different doors and were still unable to get in. Do not order here ever just go to Dominoes it’s better food there anyway and you can actually get it

The online ordering sucks, the app sucks, and the website sucks, and when you think it can’t suck more–you call the store to order and you get India and they can’t understand anything so while everything else sucks, calling them is worse. Long gone are the days where Pizza Hut used to be the go to for pizza delivery. Sad to see such a tradition go downhill as far as it has. Snickers Pizza is better quality product and better service but you have to wait longer for it. If Domino’s delivered to Gilbert, I would have ordered there.

Update, just see for yourself the quality of pizza you get. Delivered by a guy who participates heavier in extra cirricular activities than Willy Nelson. Pretty sure the pizza is going to give me a contact high.

UPDATE: Pizza Hut messaged me and asked for details, I provided them the details and never heard back. The reply to this review was simply to show the public that they care about the negative reviews–nothing actually happens from them. They clearly dont care. They barely apologize. A dollar spent here is a waste of a dollar. Buy local and support a business that focuses on positive customer engagement.

We ordered online, it said our pizza was to be delivered by 9:38 pm.. then I get a text on my phone saying it will be delivered at 10:16 pm… I have been waiting outside and finally checked the status only to find out that they canceled my order.
I will be contacting the main corporation and filling a complaint. Poorly run pizza hut in Virginia Mn
The owner should be ashamed of how this place is run and to have so many bad reviews, either learn how to run a business or sell it, because you suck at it.

Re-review: Avoid altogether – see update at bottom

Avoid for dine in, had the craziest experience the other day.

We went in to celebrate the end of the school year with some pepperoni pizza, as we’ve done for 3 years in a row. We sat ourselves down in the dining room, because the “please wait to be seated” sign was put away. And there we would continue to sit, being ignored.

I say ignored because despite the person who was “finishing” the orders coming out of the oven coming up to the front counter twice, and glancing over at us, we were never acknowledged in any way. I realize that most franchises tend to run skeleton crews, to squeeze every penny out that they can, so we’re being patient.

After waiting about 15 minutes, and the gentleman still not coming out to at least give us menus, I went up to the counter to get some menus for us, assuming they maybe didn’t realize customers were sitting in the dining room and thought I was an online pickup or something .

The person who has previously come up to the front counter now seemed like he was avoiding it. I stood up there for more than 5 minutes and the counter guy, who was back by the oven output, went over to the prep area to the two workers prepping dough there, twice. Each time he went over to them, he’d say something and then all of them would lean over and start looking at me through a crack where you could see past the corner, then going back to talking amongst themselves.

Seeing this odd behavior a second time didn’t feel like a coincidence. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever been avoided by staff at a restaurant before, until now.

Thinking still that maybe I’m misreading the situation, I go back to my partner to ask for their input. They confirm that this is a very weird situation and the staff is behaving very oddly.

Being in agreement, we left. Clearly our business is not needed or wanted. We celebrated with an Oreo McFlurry instead ‍♂️

Update: Staying true to my word to my child about celebrating school, we ordered Pizza Hut for pickup using the app a few days after our dine in experience. My initial order failed to place three times, giving “payment error” each time we submitted payment. After force quitting the app, we tried placing the order again, successfully. Debit showed two pending charges immediately, for different prices – $46 something & $49.01. Spoke to the shift manager when picking up and he advised he would fix it, and said he’d only charge the $46, since it had given us a bunch of trouble. Bank statement now shows two posted charges $49 & $50???

Also, for some reason the pizza was cut all dumb

Terrible! My husband and I decided to have a supper out and figured a franchised restaurant must be cookie cutter from state to state to state. No way! We were so disappointed. We ordered a double order of cheese sticks and a large hand tossed supreme pizza. There were 3 tables with customers. While we waited, we noticed that when customers would say “Thank you”, the waitress, Shaina, would say “No problem” to them instead of “You’re welcome”. Oh well, maybe she knew them personally. Nope. She No Problem’d us, too. She never EVER thanked us. She interacted with us like we were a burden to her. Also, we looked up and noticed the ceiling by the cash register was literally falling down. A part of the ceiling was just hanging there. Our bread sticks came and they were perfect. (This is the 1 star) Our pizza came and immediately we knew something was off. The crust was so thin. It looked like a thin crust with a ring of dough around the outside. And the crust wad brushed with a garlic butter. My husband and I don’t use garlic – ever. We asked Shaina if this was a hand tossed and she said that it was. The other customers left and Shaina was sitting at the other end rolling silverware. My husband had to shout 3 times to get her attention to get a “to go” box. She brought two 9×9 boxes. We had only eaten1 piece of pizza each and 3 bread sticks. We had to ask for another box. Even then, we had to stack our food to fit. She could have brought us a regular take out pizza box. A family came in and Shaina said that the dining room was closed and the woman asked, “On a Saturday at 8 pm?” Unacceptable for Pizza Hut.

I ordered online at 441 pm said I would have it by 515. It showed after 530 pm. My pizza was cold. They made my order wait for another order. It left the store about 515. My online showed it was done it sat there for another 15 minutes before it left the store they may a delivery before mine. The food here has gross and service has been horrible.
