I ordered on 01/21/26 and STILL waiting for a refund. We never got our food because apparently someone else took it. Went through 3 drivers until the last one told us it wasn’t there. I actually had to file a dispute with my bank because Pizza Hut never refunded. Called the store twice that night and no one ever picked up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt as we’ve had issues in the past with this store. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN will we order from here. Forewarning to anyone who is thinking of ordering at this location.

We ordered a pizza today 2 hours ago. It’s still not here. What happened is the door dash delivery driver cancelled. But there was not heads up on our end. Then we got a message that the pizza was still coming. We tried to call in to confirm but the phone number at the location we ordered from as well as other locations don’t work. Anyhow, thanks @ssholes, I have a migraine and no lunch today.

Super slow service, I ordered ahead, came at the time I was told and still waited 15 minutes. Even worse people came in after me and got their food before me. I recommend going somewhere else. There are lots of other pizza places on Central Ave.

Ordered the dinner box. Only got the pizza. did not get the chicken bread sticks or drink that were included in the box! Called the restaurant and they said they would send the missing items. They never did and they didn’t change the amount charged.

Took almost 2 hours for the order even though the site said 25-35 min. Food was cold. Breadsticks has no seasoning. And it was $70 for 1 large pizza, breadsticks and a 12piece wings. This isn’t the first bad experience. In the past we’ve just ordered for pickup because we know it will take forever. Once I stopped in for a pickup order and there was a book left out with customer complaints logged. It had employees making disparaging remarks about customers who had legitimate complaints as you’ll see from all the other reviews. It’s clear they won’t take your complaint seriously. I’ll never give this location my business again.
UPDATE: We received an email for a free pizza because our “last order arrived later than expected.” So we gave it another chance. The coupon wouldn’t work online and we chose to pay in store and hope to work it out there. It said ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes after ordering. Several other angry customers were in the store. The staff was very rude to everyone and just kept saying “no orders are done yet” ever time someone walked up to the counter. After waiting 30 minutes and being told about every 10 minutes that they were just starting my order, I finally told them to just cancel it and walked out. We had frozen pizza instead. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut location in the country.
