We had a very nice Pizza Hut dinner at this “classic” location. The lamps and retro images on the wall are a nice touch.
The food was excellent, and we were given a free cheese bread as the employee heard that were were thinking of getting one but did not. So it all worked out.
The staff was very friendly, not only to us but to others that came in, especially with who I assumed was a regular.
Only complaint is that the restaurant was a little too quiet, and could use some soft playing 70’s-90’s music in the dining room, and maybe dim the lights a bit for that “classic” feel (I’m old and I remember Pizza Huts being dimly lit)

I ordered chicken Alfredo it showed up with no Alfredo on it ….. they told me to call uber and take it up with them ….. as if the Uber driver licked the sauce off …. They couldn’t believe anyone could be upset over just an order ….. basically said go pound sand and hung up

I just had one of the worst experiences with Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, but when it arrived, they completely forgot both! Instead, they added olives and onions—ingredients I didn’t even ask for. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’m allergic to olives, so the entire pizza was inedible for me.
To make matters worse, I tipped the delivery driver $16, thinking everything was fine. When I noticed the mistake after the driver left, I tried calling Pizza Hut to fix the issue, but they refused to answer my calls. So not only did they ruin my meal, but they also took my money and left me with food I can’t even eat.
This experience was beyond disappointing, and I will never order from Pizza Hut again. They seriously need to get their act together, or they’re going to lose customers like me for good.
Update The Driver Did nothing Wrong he deserved every bit of the tip for bringing me back the correct pizza and sauce that the manager lied about and said she didn’t have! it was the rude stuck up manager of this location that declined me and my wife’s calls intentionally 12 times!

This Shakopee location was listed as a Pizza Hut “Classic”, meaning it was vintage themed, supposedly with a dine in experience reminiscent of the 80’s and 90’s. However, most of the dining setup was removed, and mostly only takeout remains. It was sad to had asked for a dining experience like the ones I grew up loving, only to have given a to go box at my seat, a bottle of Pepsi (no red plastic cup with fountain pop), and a lame paper plate and to go utencils. Why bother calling this place “Classic”? Just close it up and make it a to go only location. What a disappointment.

After one bite I realized it was the most raw pizza I have ever been served… wouldn’t even serve it to my dogs. Called for a refund and over a week later I still haven’t heard back. The local store has their phone off the hook because they know it will go to a call center. Such a shame, this Pizza Hut used to have the buffet and great service. They should have saved the money on the remodel and sold the building to Papa johns. NEVER AGAIN will I order from here.

I placed a carryout order at this location due to my local place being chronically understaffed and was surprised to see it was a Pizza Hut Classic! I was so happy to see that. The nice gentleman who was running the store was outside on break and greeted us when we pulled up. He promptly ended his break to help us grab our carry out order. He was very cordial and helpful. We will definitely be back to order from this location!
