Working as a manager in the food service industry it pains me to write a bad review but at the same time it’s almost impossible not to when you know better. We are literally the only ones in the entire restaurant and no orders are going out for delivery at the same time we placed our order. The server disappeared. Had to get our own plates our own utensils, our own refills and our own takeout box. Unfortunately, I inconvenience the staff when I went to get a refill as she was filling her own personal class. The great thing is, there’s definitely a friendly team as they enjoyed each other‘s company at the table, talking away and completely forgetting the fact that they had to paying customers in the restaurant. The food was fantastic. That’s the one positive that I will share unfortunately, everything surrounding it was far from excellent. I’m very disappointed.

Everybody that works at this establishment is super kind! You feel like family when you go in! I’m very pleased with my food orders every time. The atmosphere is the old-school Pizza Hut that all of us 90s kids love! I hope they never upgrade! Highly recommend!

I drove an hour and a half to have pizza hut after a year and before that 20 years..everything was 100 percent perfect from the woman working to the taste of the pizza we were all very happy..and my favorite movie was playing on the tv lol..we will be back for sure !!!

That was one of the worst experiences we have had. Walked in and no one greeted us, I had to ask if they were doing dine in because there were several tables full of pizza boxes and boxes of cleaning supplies. I was told yes and to seat ourselves. Went over to a booth had to get a different booth it was so dirty, the next one was not much better. We waited for someone for 15 minutes before I had to go and order my food at the register. The worker was not friendly nor did he offer any suggestions for deals aside from telling us their pop machine was out of order and the best bet was for us to order a few 2 liters at $2.00 a piece vs $1.99 for 20 oz bottles. Probably the only thing I have to say positive about this pizza hut aside from the fact that the pizza and cheese sticks were edible, aside from the 2 hairs that we found on the pizza. When she brought our pizza over she told us the total that was due even though she had been standing behind the employee that (helped) me when I came to order and we were literally the only customers in the building at the time. No glove use no hair nets OBVIOUSLY I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone at all and we will never be back. I only wish I had taken pictures but I was eager to get out of there

Had to pretty much get our plates, silver ware, and cups ourselves. Barely got checked up on. Had to go find a take out box ourselves. They were busy at all but pizzas were not getting pushed out as fast as you would expect.

Placed an order online and came in at 5PM on a Saturday night to pay and pickup. Nobody was there, literally! Place was empty and not an employee in sight. Food on the floor, food sitting on the end of the oven for who knows how long, and the entire kitchen looked dirty and gross. Waited for someone to show up, and when he did, he walked right past us and didn’t even acknowledge we were there. (Mind you, no one else was there). Walked straight past the mess on the floor, and began making a new order! Didn’t look at us, try and help us, or say anything about our order. We proceeded to walk out and leave our food sitting there. Absolutely terrible service, and grotesquely poor cleanliness. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Food was good but lack of employees hurts their service. Had to go find out own plates and silverware. Only 2 people working, one delivering the other cooking, taking calls and dinning room orders. The 2 working were very nice and trying their best. The ladies restroom has a very strong smell, it actually burned my lungs. Had to cover my face with my shirt and rush out.

Hoenstly I get treated nicely here and no one really gives me any trouble. Sometimes they get swamped and food gets held up but I know they’re doing there best. I came in the last couple times and ran into a bump with wait time but it was just one guy. He was definetly a trooper. I appreciate their efforts. Good job guys.

I had a billing issue that was resolved thanks to Tom and his crew.
Jimmy’s Pizza is really a great pizza.
And they offer Ice cream sandwiches from a local source and they’re absolutely fantastic..
Give this local Pizza joint a chance and you’ll be happy..
