As I walked in, I was greeted by Denise. I’m not sure if she’s the manager, but a great person nonetheless. Her energy, and Customer Service was awesome! Also, she let me know about the Rollback Prices to the 1980’s on January 27th 11am-10pm
All the staff will be dressed up in their neon green, 1980’s retro look, taking it back to a time when the world just seemed like a better place. Thank you Pizza Hut for contributing and bringing back the good old times! Looking forward to coming back. If you’re just passing through 35W and looking for something to eat, stop into Pizza Hut, it brings that old time charm, food is awesome by the way. Ask for Denise she will be happy to help.

2025 another great time at Pizza Hut. Really fresh hot pizzas. Delicious boneless wings. Very clean environment. Very helpful employees. Also very nice Christmas decorations were set up for the season. This year I think our favorite pizzas were the barbecue chicken and then also the white sauce cheese pizza.

Dec 2024 such great staff we’ve been going there for birthday parties it’s been a great time the pizza looked like something off of advertisement it looks so perfect in juicy it was delicious

2023 Dec 7 ate inside with family and extended once again the service was fantastic. The food is so good everybody was happy.

2022 awesome again! The staff is super helpful and friendly. We were there for a birthday party with 15 people and everything went smooth.

I live in NE Minneapolis and drove all the way to Lakeville because this is one of the few places left in the country where you can still get a true dine-in Pizza Hut experience. The 50-mile round-trip drive was absolutely worth it.

We had a great meal, and our server, Jessica, was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We also learned they’re planning movie nights soon, which makes this place even more special. Dining here felt like a little slice of nostalgia—and we’ll definitely be back.

Always a great experience at the Lakeville pizza hut. The gentleman that works there, seems like he kind of does a little of everything in the store, asian fellow. He always tell me about the deals that pizza hut has and always goes above and beyond to make sure I get more bang for my buck when ordering food there. From the 7 dollars deals, the large 1 topping pizza, to the combo hut boxes, or large speciality pizzas, he just knows it all, knowledgeable, polite, and always willing to help. I am a pizza hut customer for life because of him. I will never go to another pizza hut location. keep up the good work!

Good for dates, families, small groups. No frills but always a table open in services decent.
Restaurant always seems clean.
I think the main business here is take out but they do have a decent size dining room.

Held our crew meeting for work here. They basically let us take over their entire dining area for at least an hour. We ate fresh hot pizza while discussing work stuff. The staff is super friendly and didn’t rush us out of there. They don’t charge us to hold our meeting here, so we all chip in and tip the staff well. Thank you Lakeville Pizza Hut

Doordashers and Doordash users beware. I took a double order from this place. I had to drive 8 miles to get there. I showed the girl at the register the names. She said the orders were being made. After 10 minutes, I asked again. She checked the names again. And said they would be out soon. The lobby was full of people. Another Doordasher got sick of waiting and left. There was a customer who kept asking about her order. The girl kept checking the receipt on the pizzas over and over. The woman said her order was supposed to be done a long time ago. The girl at the register kept trying to look up the order. She couldn’t find it. Finally she checked a pizza again in the hot box and said, this is it. It’s a pizza that had been sitting in there. Turns out it was missing the 2 orders of breadsticks. She told her she needed to remake the breadsticks and they would be done in 5 minutes. The employees were arguing with eachother. The one in the back started getting attitude with the customers for asking questions and saying names. That woman waits another 15 minutes and 1 order of breadsticks comes out. The customer said just give it to me. The girl at the register said sorry, she is waiting on another order of breadsticks. That customer said forget about it, just give me what you have. At this point I have been waiting about 45 minutes. Someone who seemed half way competent came up and asked who I was waiting on. I told her the name and she said that one has been done and gone for a long time. Turns out they gave the order to another person. I contact the doordash customer, and they asked for a refund. At this point, my other order had been sitting in my pizza bag for a half hour. That’s not fair to that customer, but luckily they were understanding. I spent 50 minutes waiting at this order that was given out before I got there. I kept being told it was almost done. So was the girl at the register lying to me? Or was she that clueless and incompetent?

This whole situation messed with my money. Because I was able to make $9.50 from the order I got, that’s all I made for an hour of work. It was peak time. I was getting an extra $2 per order. I should have made about $26 that hour. I have 4 kids I need to feed. I can’t get that time back. I have also worked in food service for 20 years. I did it in the military, hospitals, schools, and restaurants. I’ve run kitchens and ordered food. This entire operation is one of the most embarassing things I have seen. Part of me wanted to put some gloves on and go in back to start helping them. That’s how bad I felt. I’d love to apply and show people how to run a pizza franchise, but you couldn’t afford me. I will avoid this place at all costs.

Wanted pizza on my 4 hour drive home so I stopped here because they were open late. Ordered online and did curbside pickup. They finished making the pizza before the quoted time and the pizza was delicious! Haven’t had Pizza Hut for years since all the ones at home closed down. I do recommend this location.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut, at this location. We ordered a pizza, wings and pasta. We got to the store, confirmed the order and left. When we were halfway home the worker called and said the pizza we got was wrong, he said instead of pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño, they gave us just pepperoni. We said it’s fine, we didn’t have time to drive back . He told us he would give us a credit for the mixup.

We got home, opened our food and realized there was nothing we asked for in the order… we got mozzarella sticks, stale garlic bread sticks, boneless chicken with no sauce on the chicken, cheese pasta instead of chicken Alfredo pasta & pepperoni pizza.

We called and asked for a refund, the manager DENISE said she’d call back and never did. I called back, she said there was a partial credit on our account, I told her I would just like a refund. She began getting aggressive and rude with me saying we weren’t half way home, we were in the parking lot when they called and said the order was wrong. She said why didn’t we drive back if the order was wrong and have it remade & she also said “so you ate the wrong order and you want a refund?”

If we were still in the parking lot, why would you have to call us to say the order is wrong, why not take 10 steps out the door where we were initially parked when we picked it up?? Also, why would we drive all the way back, and wait for it to be remade if we placed a pick up order in advance for a reason !? Lastly, we do not eat mozzarella sticks, & we threw the stale, cold garlic sticks & ashy chicken away. She made me feel like a thief or a scammer, when I was the one who didn’t get what I paid for. Patiently waiting to hear back from her manager DEAN about my refund.
