I ordered Pizza Hut. Got delivered. My garlic sauce wasn’t in there I called upset asking them to bring my sauce because I was pregnant and wanted the sauce with the pizza. They were nice on the phone when I wasn’t the nicest. Then when my sauce got delivered they went above and beyond! Their sweet actions made me cry and will recommend this location over and over for the amazing staff they have at the Farmington location! Thank you so much again you guys! I appreciate you!!

We ordered a pizza for the first time from this Pizza Hut this evening at 6:40pm. I used the app, and it noted it would be 50-55 mins for delivery. Great! I would expect that is a beyond suitable time frame for a Friday evening, especially Halloween night. I realized at 8:10 that the pizza hadn’t been delivered and called and inquired about the ETA. The employee (who seemed very overwhelmed) stated that they had an oven break down and it would be another 40-45 mins because of this, so expect the pizza before 9:00pm… 9:40 the delivery driver (super great guy) arrives with a hot pizza, which was appreciated. I thanked him and he proceeded to tell me that the oven broke YESTERDAY. Again, I comprehend that things come up, however – they should have been proactive in notifying people that delivery times would be delayed. The driver told me, that owner/management was aware but knew it would impact sales this evening. Shame on them. The ONLY redeeming thing for this evening was the employees who busted their butts to perform their job. And I’m sure under duress- how many folks you think called and verbally assaulted them tonight? It could have been even avoidable.
To every single person who worked tonight, thank you because I’m confident you didn’t hear it much if at all tonight.

Ordered multiple pizzas from this location in the past few months. I would say half of the orders, the pizzas were incredibly floppy. I have had to cut every pizza I’ve ordered myself because they are not cutting mine very well at all. I would like to continue buying pies from this location, but if these things dont change, you’re going to lose a very loyal dominos customer.

This place is under new ownership. They ran a $2 personal pan pizza day on Tuesdays and we went and tried it out. Got four personal pan pizzas and they were delicious! Service was quick and friendly. I think this place has definitely improved under new ownership!

It’s a delivery/take out location so not extremely welcoming atmosphere. The employee at the counter helped me find something I could eat. Unfortunately, not enough information provided about the sauce ingredients so I had to stick with cheese sticks.

Ignore the old reviews. The current staff at Pizza Hut are kicking out PERFECT pizza and breadsticks and I do mean perfect. So many pizza hurts over sauce and overcook their pizzas. The Farmington location is the opposite. Their pizzas are literally cooked perfectly. My garlic cheese breadsticks are also perfect-crispy around the edges and pillowy soft inside.

What an absolute disaster. Ordered pizza and it arrived very burnt. Called and requested my order be delivered again. Received wrong pizza and missing items. Tried calling multiple times but no one answers. Get directed to their corporate phone center to request a refund, only to get redirected to the store where no one answers.
Following up: a month later still have not received any refund after finally speaking with someone.

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is terrific. The delivery is incredibly fast, but the food is where it’s at. Pizza Hut has been consistently delicious for years and they invented the stuffed crust. Respect. If they used more toppings, I’d give it five stars for sure. The golden rule of pizza is that you need to taste every topping with every bite and that would be impossible with such scarce portions. However, the Hut is still a hit and I’ll keep on ordering for life. Pro tip: splurge and just get the pan pie. It’s still the best pan pizza around.

I don’t get how the food can be so under cooked. Pasta was like water, pizza and bread sticks under cooked and cold wings. I would recommend going anywhere but here.

Shrinkflation at it’s finest. First, the pizza is 2 inches smaller length and width, and they can’t even get the sauce and toppings close to the edges. Completely unacceptable.
