I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Pizza Hut on Oneida Street after a long hiatus. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait! This particular location seems to look like its not open from the street. Walking in, I was greeted by a manager who was not only relatable but also took his role seriously. He took the time to explain everything with a genuine passion for the pizzas they offered. It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their job. One thing that truly stood out was the manager’s commitment to maintaining a professional and positive work environment for his employees. It’s clear that he values teamwork and fosters a sense of camaraderie among the staff. This undoubtedly reflects in the overall service quality.

It’s been years since I’ve order pizza hut. wife likes domino’s so since she was out of town I decided to order I regret it now. First off online menu options are limited I ordered the 9.99 one topping large deal and chose the pan style crust for 1dollor more pizza was OK except the 3 inches of crust edge made it look like a medium not a large plus I miss the days thy put the cheese all the way to the edge of The pan. I also got a family deal with bread sticks cinnamon sticks and a medium pan one topping boxcrushed the crustof the pizza bread sticks and cinnamon sticks where borderline burnt.i also tried the new personal cheesesteak melt no green peppers with a special instructions to sub mushrooms online won’t let you add toppings but says you can for an additional cost but they don’t take the price down if you remove a topping endless to say they didn’t substitute and it was a disappointment all around as a ex pizza hut employee I k ow what the standard used to be I believe it’s gone downhill and last but not least I ordered for delivery was estimated to be delivered at 6:38pm then I get a text from. A door dasher that my pizza will be delivered at 7:19pm almost 40 mi s later I called the store at 6:35 and my order was ready but due to lack of drivers they subed it out to door dasher and thought it’s OK to let an order sit that long opted to pick it up instead .last time I go with pizzahut mabee in a few years the standard will have improved

Regularly runs into issuers where they don’t have drivers so they call and cancel orders so we had stopped ordering from here. Thought we would try again. Couldn’t order on the website (of course, it doesn’t say anything useful, just fails) so I called in. Now they hang up on you right away if you call and select the option to place an order.

I placed an order on 4/23/2023. I paid 36$ for an order that was canceled and no one ever called to let me know what was going on. I reached out to the location multiple times and everytime got directed to their call center. I called the store on Monday 4/24/2023 and was put in hold for over 15 mins waiting for the manager to pick up before I finally Hu. I reached out to Corporate mulitple times as well and let them know what had happened and was told everytime that someone would be reaching out to me and I still after 3.5 months have heard nothing from the location or Corporate who I recent reached out to again. Not only did I not get the food I ordered I am out 36$ and no one seems to care. I will NEVER order from this location again!!

Pizza was good but when I went to get it, the long haired strawberry blonde wearing a hat and glasses that checked me out acted super rude about having to count $3 in qtrs. Gave me a hateful look and said it’ll take her awhile to count that many qtrs. It’s 12 qtrs and it took you 2 seconds. Sometimes just shut your lazy mouth and do your job, and if you don’t like your job get a better one.

Worst experience ever! They messed up 3x on my simple “deep dish” order. They made it as a regular pizza. They said “oh that is a deep dish” no a deep dish is rectangle style. I get there to get the pizza. The sauce was put on top as they forgot I’m sure. The “manager” lady was wearing aviator sunglasses complaining about working “all day” and looked strung out on something.

the service was trash the food was really good and fresh, but the white gentleman that took my order was rushing me which made me a little frustrated. he never spoke to me but when someone else came in he spoke to that person. Which made me feel some type away. I still placed my order because I was hungry. Will never go back there again.

Wish I could give them 0 stars! Disgusting!! After we ordered the guy who took our order was talking with his co workers stuck his thumb in his mouth and drooled saliva down his face, then proceeded to wipe it off and wiped his nose as well. There was a kid training and he asked him what he wanted to learn to make, then he helped make the pizza with the kid. NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!! His name was Jeffery!! Just wanted everyone to know!!
