We have always love the Pizza Hut on the Northside of Eau Claire because of how easy and convenient it is to get in and out quickly. The staff is beyond friendly and never seem to rush you. Every pizza or package we’ve ever ordered and picked up from them has always been nice and hot by the time it arrives home,,,and we live in Eleva so it’s quite the drive,,,but soooo well worth it.

I recently ordered a pizza today. The person who took my order on the phone sounded upset of my order. I asked him for double pepperoni on my big New Yorker in which he replied it already has double pepperoni, and which I asked well could I please have double pepperoni on my big New Yorker on top of the double pepperoni that it already has. He didn’t seem too thrilled this, but he said OK. When I showed up to get my pizza, I asked him if this is double pepperoni like I asked, he said it comes with double pepperoni and I said that’s not what I asked, and he just did not care seeming unconcerned with the fact that me as a customer wasn’t satisfied with my order. for that reason, I will not be returning to this place there’s other better locations that you could find. Don’t wast your time they could care less about what you want.

Food is horrible and missing 4 wings of 8 piece because of there rules on sizing of wings. when asking for a refund it was not delivered. Instead delivered more nasty food and missing wings. First and last time going to this location. No care for customer service

This place has definingly been better the past few years. New managers? Staff is friendly and helpful and service is quick. Only complaint about the food would be the wings could use more sauce. Other than that I appreciate this store and its staff.

‘stuffed crust’ technically had cheese folded in there, but for a large supreme, you’d think the crust would be thicker than a tortilla, not thinner. Only reason this review is two stars is because I’ve had good experiences with pizza hut in the past. Sorry boys, you really disappointed me this time!

Unfortunately the pizza made me nauseous. It was the Big New Yorker. Delicious taste, but someone must have poor hand hygiene there on staff. I have a lead stomach. I can eat anything and their pizza made me almost vomit. I was very disappointed.

We had so many issues. The delivery guy was very rude & practically threw our items at me as I stood on our front steps. Then our breadsticks were so poorly cut that we had to cut them ourselves so we could share them & the crust for my pizza looked like the seasoning had exploded on it. Not sure if it was because we ordered on a Monday night or what but I don’t think we’ll be ordering from Pizza Hut again for awhile.
