Stopped in to grab a pizza to go. Service was fast and friendly. My order was ready in 15 minutes. Pizza was delicious as always.

I was there and the problem was not that you could not get to that customer in time. The order was taken and the drinks were given. After 45 min the customer asked the waiter if the order was about ready. Because others that were coming in after were being served their orders. They were told that it would be out in a couple minutes. 15-20 minutes later they went up to the register and told that they had no slip and their orders were not taken?
For me a party of three, two of our party was brought their food and I didn’t get mine. The waiter did apologize and I could see they were very busy.
He was taking orders, serving and helping in the kitchen. It was not fair to him that he was left alone, he seemed new and even though I believe he felt bad and I felt bad for him. But the attitude and non apologetic manners of the people cooking in the kitchen toward the family of four was not professional or appropriate.
People do get sick and call in everywhere. The solution is to have subs and if things get busy be honest with the customer right from the start. Stating we are short tonight and there may be a wait.
Truly the issue was that their food ordered was taken, but no food was delivered after an hour, even after a reminder that they did not get their food. At this point someone should have followed up on the order and been apologized .

After a night out on the lake and not being able to get food for over an hour at a local bar & grill out family decided to order pizza ahead at this Pizza Hut. We arrive and our pizza hot and ready for us. We were given plates and waters since we wanted to sit down still. The manager even ended up sizing up one of our pizzas! As we were leaving we requested a cup or bowl that was plastic or paper so we could fill it with water for our puppy in the car. We had water in the car to fill the cup, but the team delivered with a cup filled with ice and water with a cover! We are incredibly thankful for the staff here and their kindness to a family passing through for the evening.

Took almost an hour and 45 minutes for it to be delivered. It wasn’t correct. And it was utterly cold. Do better Pizza Hut. That’s pitiful.

I have placed numerous orders at the Tomahawk store. Always wrong, late or forgotten a out. Scott, the manager has many negative comments from employe when I complain.

We called ahead so our food would be ready. It came within 10 minutes of arrival but the bread sticks were far over cooked and missing that great butter and seasoning .The waitress even commented on it. The pizza wasn’t the best either. Very disappointed, wish we would have asked for a replacement but were in a bit of a hurry to get on the road for a long drive home. We miss the Pizza Hut from 15 years ago.

Wings have been burnt and poorly covered and they keep forgetting to put the garlic dust on the tavern crust which defeats the whole purpose of getting it.

We stopped in there July 7th at 11:00 am. The first thing that we noticed walking in is that nobody wiped down the tables or vacuumed the floor from the previous night. The waiter said that he didn’t close last night. I am not sure why it wasn’t being cleaned up during our visit, but the place was gross. Dead flies in the window sill. Greasy salt and pepper shakers. The waiter had a dip of chew in his mouth with tobacco spit on his chin. There were 2 people working a guy and a woman. At one point my wife was needing to use the bathroom but the woman worker was in there. Not a big deal at all except that after 25 minutes of waiting my wife finally went and rattled the door handle which finally prompted the woman to leave the bathroom. I don’t know if she was sick, on the phone or doing drugs in there. It is no wonder why restaurants end up closing up for good with the lack of quality service workers.
