Edit: got in contact with the store manager Tim, and he had informed me that they’re not required by law to wash hands in between orders, or to wash the cutting utensils, or wear gloves when preparing cooked orders. Regardless to say, after contacting the state and county health board, hopefully they’re shut down before someone falls seriously ill due to cross contamination.
If only 0 stars was an option. Member cutting and handling my order didn’t wear gloves, and didn’t put any on when I arrived to the store. He didn’t bother to wash the cutter after a previous order before cutting mine up. That’s a big no-no, and could’ve been a fatal mistake if I was allergic.

I ordered half sausage and onion half cheese pizza and there were a couple of pieces that didn’t have much sausage on them so when I got there to pick it up they had an extra pizza already made for me for free! With all the self service and online stuff these days customer service has gone downhill big time so I wanted to take the time to share this experience:). Thank you, guys! I appreciate it

The food was great. The service was alright. My daughter never received her drink even though the waitress realized she forgot it numerous times. In recent visits, the service has greatly improved!
Buffet is Monday through Friday now, 11:30 am to 1 pm. $5.99 for children, $8.99 for adults. Drinks are not included.

It took nearly 50 minutes to be delivered on a Wednesday evening. Order was placed at 7:07pm so not a really busy time. But, things happen, I get that. However, it shows up looking terrible and the driver barely said two words.

Had an unpleasant experience with a cashier who rung our order wrong to be carry-out instead of delivery. Never got a call to pick it up. Eventually called to see where it was to find out it was waiting in the warmer for over an hour.
The manager was very generous. Offered to remake our whole order and it was done in 10 minutes. Great job to the manager and the other employees.

This restaurant is spotless. Even the bathroom was as clean as mine at home. I was so impressed. It’s so mice to se a restaurant with such high values. The personel was so friendly too. They actually acted like they liked their jobs. Great customer service. The gal that greeted us was amazing. I didn’t realize we were walking in so close to when the inside closes and they only do delivery. She didn’t mind one bit. We don’t have many Pizza Huts in our area and we were so excited to find one. Thank you for an outstanding experience.
