We had our pizza delivered. Specifying to our back door. Driver came to the front. He seemed annoyed when told we don’t use that door. (Even though we had already given a decent tip!)
Our pizza was missing the pepperoni. Pretty much the staple ingredient.
Our wings were dry! The seasoning was piled on in only a few spots. Just horrible!
I called and the manager said he would refund the price of our pizza…..He did not. We got charged full price.

Since when does Pizza Hut farm out their deliveries to Door Dash? We ordered one other time from here, and it was delivered by Pizza Hut. Door Dash driver had to make other stops on the way. My Pizza was 20 minutes later than it was supposed to arrive because of Door Dash. Highly disappointed.

I have ordered take out from this location too many times to count. The staff have ALWAYS been friendly, the foods always hot, and quick service (even when they are busy)! I have ordered delivery a few times as well and they have been equally attentive, quick and kind. Hope this store gets the praise it deserves!! You can tell they take pride in what they do.

Buffalo wings were sitting in a half inch of grease! Ordered a Supreme pizza and it literally tasted like they reheated it. Tasted funny. It did not taste fresh at all! I’m a mover and eat pizza regularly so you could say I’m almost an expert.

Do not go for the buffet. It was the WORST dining experience. Our server literally gave us our bill before we even got food. He didnt take our huge stacks of plates, didnt refill our drinks or even bring silverware until we asked. The buffet was lacking food. We had to ask 2 times for them to make pizza. Someone else asked for salad to be refilled. Said server told them “its not my job.” One of the cooks daughters (maybe 10 yrs at most) brought a table silverware and asked us if we needed anything. This was while the server stood behind the soda counter doing nothing. None of us will be back unless serious improvements are made.

Seriously the best Pizza Hut in the Fox Valley! service is always phenomenal and the pizza is delicious and fresh every time. The pan crust pepperoni pizza and the boneless hot wings are my favorite, if you want to experience the classic 90s Pizza Hut dine in experience this is the location to go to.
