Ordered pizza at 10:15 last night, they don’t close till 12 am on Saturdays, it kept saying “order is out for delivery” on the tracker online, but the pizza never came!!! Every time we tried to call to find out the status of our order, no one would answer the phone! Then it started to direct the calls to an outsourced person and then just kept transferring me to the local Pizza Hut store number again, where no one was answering. Stayed up past close to see if it would finally come and it never did. I want a refund for the pizzas I never received!!

0 stars. Went in at 8pm and tried to order but the workers looked at our party of 4 and walked away back into the kitchen. They had all the lights off and simply ignored us. Don’t advertise being open inside until 10 if you’re to lazy to complete your shift!

I have been getting pizza here for 19 years. They do a good job of making pizza fast and accurate most of the time, BUT, recently Pizza Hut started charging a delivery fee, which is now up to $4.49 ! I tried to order a $9.99 pizza, only to be told I have to spend at least $10, despite the facts: 1- they are charging me $4.49, 2- I’m 1 penny short, 3- I live 6 blocks away. So I added a ranch sauce, made my order with a $0.39 tip. Made the total =$16.50. It was 5 minutes later than expected. Delivery guy asks if that tip is serious, I said your employer is stealing your tip by charging me for you to deliver. He said we don’t get that money, Pizza Hut does. (face-palm) Then he says I would rather have no tip, $0.39 is direspectful. I said talk to your employer, Pizza Hut is stealing your tips.

Food is good, docked off 2 points tho simply because of the drive thru. It’s SO narrow it’s hard to even get into it! Ended up hitting the curb just to get into it.. should definitely make the turn into the drive thru a bit wider.

Delivery driver was super unprofessional and basically running his mouth. I open the door, no greeting and says this. “The suns out here woah, you’re not getting burned are you?” All with a straight face. This piece of work needs to stay away from customers. The pizza was a soggy mess as well.

Called to order food for delivery and the man on the phone asked for my address several times and then proceeds to tell me why don’t you just come and pick it up? I was like well I’ve had delivery at this address for years he kept repeating himself why don’t you just come pick it up. After working a long day it was the last thing I wanted to do! Also website was not very user friendly!

Been 3 times. First time and last time pan pizza not cooked thoroughly. First time cheese bread amazing, 2nd time they gave us garlic bread even after staff repeated back order for cheese bread, third time half the cheese was on cheese bread. Each visit spaced out about a month in between and each time not busy.we are done. I recommend wisconsin rapids and stevens point.
