Tried ordering a pizza to my local hotel, I couldn’t figure out how the end of the information they finally did and my credit card was charged like five times. The charges were eventually refunded, waited an hour and 45 minutes of the pizza never showed up. Finally called the store and they said that DoorDash delivers and nobody would pick up. It’s kind of funny cause when I called the person said that they would personally deliver it cause they were leaving the store because we had such problems with the payment information. They would take care of it did not do that, People’s word means nothing today. And then they wonder why businesses are failing left and right. I get things happen but stand behind what you say and make things right.

Last night I took my family to my local Pizza Hut thinking that it would be a great experience. Boy was I sadly mistaken. I our server what beer they had? He declared that they didn’t have any at this time. That wasn’t a deal breaker but I knew that things were heading on shaky ground when they didn’t have my daughter’s the Alfredo Noodles (this could have been gotten at Walmart!) I should have told the kids that we were going someplace else for something else but I let it ride. I didn’t see any hairnets for the head or face! So many glaring issues now that I think back. Never had such sketchy & questionable service at this place but it’s went down hill so bad. The only thing that was nice was that it was quiet. The Pizza wasn’t cut into manageable slices and the Server was in a hurry it seemed to get us out even though it was middle of the afternoon! We won’t be going back!

My fiancé and I travel the country for work and have gotten pizza hut in alot of different places… I ordered online from this location while working in town, we dont eat beef or pork. We always order chicken sausage. The store called me to let me know that they were out of chicken sausage and asked what we would like instead, we are just as happy with a plain cheese pizza so that’s what we got. We were not upset at all, the woman whom called was super sweet and apologetic but we get things like this. When we got our order delivered, there was an extra little box that said “sorry, thank you!”. I opened the box and they sent an ultimate chocolate chip cookie. Even though, I myself dont eat them, my fiancé sure as heck does and was even happier then when I originally said let’s order pizza. Lol. Awesome customer service from this location!!!!

Not only was my food totally wrong when we Opened the container everything was sideways and just threw together it looked..
And when I tried calling to say something I was put on Hold for a ridiculous amount of time..
Now I definitely understand why people in Prairie are going to Pizza Ranch …
And Pizza Hut wasn’t busy so I’m just beyond confused why my food was presented to me in this order..
I ordered pasta the pasta I got was totally different than what I ordered..
If you want us to order online then do it that way…
So Confused on what happened.
But I’ll pay extra and go to Pizza Ranch Sorry…

This is one of the best of Pizza Hut’s anywhere.

The staff was A-FREAKING-MAZING!

The food was EXCELLENT!

The restaurant and it’s facilities are clean too.

We’ll definitely make this our “go-to” stop for a meal for all our visits to Prairie Du Chien.

Stopped in on October 9th with a group of 4. Got a booth and waited over a half hour and not once got asked about drinks or food. Then the guy in the kitchen walked out with a spoon stuck in his hat covering his face. Really???? Needless to say we left. Will not try this restaurant again. There were 3 more tables that walked in after us and got drink orders right away. I’d leave a zero star review if it would let me. What a joke of a place.

Gone here a few times they usually always have one server so it’s pretty slow. But I heard that they treat one of their pregnant staff like crap, acting like they were gonna bump into her and just treating her like she’s not human.

Waitresses didn’t know what deals/specials were going on. It wasn’t very busy this night and one waitress had a family and didn’t know who ordered what for drinks and just sat the tray on the table and walks away. Waitresses didn’t bring sauce for wings or breadsticks. Miscounted wings as well.. FOOD WAS GOOD THO!
