The first time I had problems with this location was about 2 years ago when my family ordered some pizzas and they weren’t even cooked. We stayed away from Pizza Hut altogether for those two years. We recently started coming back to this location and things have overall been fine. Until this trip. I arrived at the drive thru when my pizza was supposed to be ready, the person at the drive through window asked me my name and to pull around to the front and they’d bring it out to me. Fine. The person that was at the window then came out to my car and asked my name again and what my order was. This was after I had been waiting for 10 min. 10 minutes after that she was walking around the parking lot with a pizza and asked my name again and if the pizza was my order. I said no it wasn’t. 15 minutes after that someone whom I assume was a manger came out and asked my name again and went back inside. He came out shortly after with my order. After 35 min I finally got my order. On the plus side the manager gave me a $20 credit for the next time I order. Though I doubt I’ll ever use it.

So I usually am a huge fan of Pizza Hut and usually go to the one on Mineral Pointe and have never had a problem. I decided to go to this one because it was on the way home and boy was that a huge mistake.
We asked for extra pepperoni, as we always do, and they stacked some of them 6-7 high. There were so many pepperonis that the pizza didn’t cook enough and it was positively swimming in grease. You would pick up a slice and the grease would run off in a steady drip. We tried eating it anyway because we were so hungry but my wife and I could barely stomach it.
So disappointed. Especially in a time like this I wish I would have supported a small business and not the Hut. We won’t be back. I’ll forever equate Pizza Hut with this nasty grease ball wreck of a pizza.

I will start off my saying the cinnamon sticks were outstanding at the Maple Grove Pizza Hut! However the Pizza Hut website was a nightmare to use and even more difficult to redeem loyalty rewards. The website is so slow, you have no idea what is going on. After 30 minutes I gave up using my smart phone and pulled out my laptop. Not much better. Sooo SLOW, pages would not load. And the website is not intuitive. I had to add an item to my cart (that I didn’t even want, just so I could apply my birthday promo code. I then applied the code and removed the item I didn’t want. It then sent me to an upsell page before finally getting to checkout. So clunky and slow.

Consistently bad with breadsticks, this time they barely even had seasoning and some of it was clearly overcooked. The pan pizza I ordered was definitely made with stale crust. The fries are always weirdly good though

Ordered 2 pies with wings and breadsticks. Got the food delivered. Pizzas were dry and overcooked. The wings were buffalo. Supposed to be buffalo anyhow. Had at the most a tbsp of buffalo sauce just dropped in the box. This place is no good. Sorry not sorry.

We love our local pizza hut! They have had a variety of new things to try over the years that we have frequented them – and the fact that this location features a drive through is absolutely awesome! Great food and great service! Look at these Valentines pizzas we ordered! They were perfection!

Food was cooked well and taste was consistent with Pizza Hut franchise. This store in particular was just absolutely awful when it came to service. I ordered a pizza that had two toppings but only half of the pizza would have both toppings and the other half would have one topping. After explaining how I wanted my pizza 3 times it still came out incorrectly. I didn’t notice till I got home and unfortunately I loved outside of their delivery zone. I was informed I would be given a credit for this mistake. When I took the opportunity to use the credit the first time I canceled the call due to the front desk lack of English. When I attempted to use the credit a 2nd time I was then told it was not visible in my account. One of the most difficult restaurants I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered my pizza well-done because I like the crust crispy. But they overdid it. It was so dried out that the toppings were crunchy and tasteless. I’m surprised they sent it out. It was not a good pizza.
