i have ordered delivery from this location twice in the last 6 months, both times my wife made the order and both times the delivery driver tried opening our front door. It is locked for obvious reasons and both times after a knock while I have been by the door I have said loud enough where I can guarantee it is heard outside to leave the order at the door. Both times the delivery drivers have aggressively tried opening the door to enter the house. I would strongly advise to not order from this location if you value your safety, it is very obviously not respected by the drivers that this location employs.

I don’t usually review fast food places, but I’m making an exception today to post a disappointing experience at thus PH. I walked in and ordered at 6:13 and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. As there are only two chairs in the waiting area, I want for a walk and returned about 6:30. At 6:35 an apologetic counter person told me it was taking longer than anticipated because they were training new cooking staff. It would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Having already paid, I decided to sit it out. At 6:48 our melts appeared, but the garlic bread was still in process. Finally at 6:56 the garlic bread showed up, 43 minutes after placing my order. I realize they were busy on a Sunday evening, but all I ask is an accurate estimate of arrival of the food, preferably before I order and pay for it. Note to management: Sunday evening, traditionally busy for pizza places, may not be the best time to train and break in staff. Having said all this, the Chicken Parmesan Melts and garlic bread we ordered were very good.

I have ordered from this location for years, usually good luck with my orders. I stopped for a while because I kept getting subpar food. I gave it another chance. Ordered boneless wings. Picked it up in the drive thru, the wings were in the typical black container placed inside a tied plastic bag. Parked in the lot behind Pizza Hut to eat my wings on my lunch break. When I opened the bag, it was filled with oil and “sauce”, I think. I opened the container and it looked like a bowl of soup with chicken nuggets floating in it. Never in my life have I seen the wings served like this. They were inedible. I tried pouring some of the liquid out of the bowl and took a small bite. It was disgusting, soaked in oil and what I thought was garlic Parmesan sauce. You need to retrain your workers. I wouldn’t have served that food to an animal. I want my money back please. Took a pic of the mystery sauce after I poured most out. This was bad.

Go to dominos instead, dominos has much better quality and consistency. This location is very inconsistent. Usually pretty bad. I keep ordering here and praying for a decent pizza. Today’s pizza was bad. It’s getting worse at this location. I specifically put a request in the order to cook lightly and not burn. Then I got a very burned tasting pizza. I suspect they might have done it on purpose. Not the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but in the bottom 10%.

This is the second time in one week where they say I can pick it out in 15 minutes and it’s not ready within 50 minutes. Also, they said they’d bring it outside, but I had to go inside and my order today was sitting in the waiting area! Very poor service very disappointing. And the people there weren’t even taking responsibility or apologizing for their lack of professionalism. I know my name is not Karen. I would love for service to get better.

Unusual experience for this pizza hut. I ordered a large pepperoni to be picked up in 30 minutes instead of right away. Pizza was like dry cardboard. My opinion is they made it right away and left it in the warmer for 20 minutes.

This Pizza Hut went above my expectations and delivered on exactly what I requested! I’m extremely happy and satisfied with my order and service.
I asked for my pizza to be extra crispy with the crust. Not doey. Which is hard to convey with an online order. But they delivered. My pizza was cooked exactly how I wanted it to be! (See picture)
I was in the mood for a pan pizza cooked like the classic Pizza Huts used to deliver. Delivery driver was very friendly and even pointed out that my pizza looked good and was done as I requested.
Food tasted great. Was exactly what I was craving.
Very satisfied.

I’m sorry, but I would never serve this and try to get away with it. Won’t use the Cottage Grove location again and will let my clinic know not to as well. I feel taken advantage of.
