If I could give them 0 stars that would be my option. I ordered lunch for our worksite through their website not 3rd party. I made this order at 9:30 am an hour before the store was to open. Nothing big 3 pizzas, 2 boneless wings, fries and Cinnabon rolls. The delivery was for 12 pm at the time the workers take lunch, the delivery tracker also indicated it would be delivered at 12. I then get a notification that 3rd party would be delivering my order for faster service. The man showed up at 12:37 after the half hour lunch period was over. He didn’t have the food in a heat protector bag just laying on his front seat. I tried to call the number only to find out they have an answering service and they connected me to the store which never picked up the phone. I then had to wait til 1 o’clock to chat customer service for a refund since no one was able to eat their lunch. They offered me a large pizza free as compensation which was really a slap in the face as I’ve never had this type of service from a pizza hut ever. So now I’m waiting 2-3 days for them to escalate and get back to me via email for next steps.

Great deal on a large 3-topping, it was made quickly (and honestly is surprisingly good?), and the employees are super friendly and chill. Legit was in and out of the place with a fresh pizza in hand in like 10-12 minutes. Probably the second best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to other than the one I used to go to in the 90s to get a free pizza from reading enough books for Book It.

When you order for delivery it is through door dash and that means your meal is double the price. I sent for delivery of 25 dollars meal and ended up paying 40. For a 6 dollar hot box and 6 Peace wing honey bbq 6-8 dollars. So an extra 15 went to door dash when yes I could have went down the street I used for convenience. And if convenient is 15 dollars more . Then I can just drive my car at this point.

But a 100% incorrect pizza in the bag when delivered.
Oh yeah, the first time, fast pick up on my call to get my pizza corrected- THIS time, it rings and rings and then gives a busy signal.
Only time I can get through to talk to a person is to leave a message with the switchboard for ordering.

Look at my photo!! It is 100% the incorrect pizza. I don’t eat sausage on a pizza or onion or pepperoni on my pizzas. I never order this crust.

We’ve been ordering from this location for two years without any issues until a couple days ago… We ordered a pizza and bread sticks like usual, the bread sticks were perfect, but the pizza was HORRIBLE! Barley any sauce and the crust was doughy, not cooked correctly, not to mention how damn greasy it was… I called and the manager was very professional and offered to remake the pizza, we got the second pizza and the manager must have thrown in garlic chicken bites like we’ve gotten before, the chicken was perfect, but YET AGAIN, the crust was doughy and not cooked properly, also it was very greasy and barley any sauce… That’s now TWO pizzas that are not even edible… He again said we have a $25 credit after I told him we will no longer be ordering from this location… I have no idea what’s going on there, but you would think after they had to remake the first pizza, they would make sure the second one was cooked correctly…. We’ve never had issues with their pizza before, so not sure what’s going on… Something as simple as cooking a pizza correctly…. A massive pizza chain should not have issues with something like this, it’s ridiculous, DO BETTER!

Pizza Hut is the only place I ever eat pizza from. Their bread is just so light and deliciously perfect, and the crust flavors make it even better! I always build my own with BBQ base, chicken, bacon, onions and sometimes spinach. Disappointed that they took salami out if the options though.

The pizza was great, and We asked for 14 slices of pizza . There were only 8 pizzas in the box, and I also dont really like how they gave us a key to the bathroom and unlocked it. But the workers there were nice.

I ordered food from here on October 6 at 11:00 pm. and the got my food all wrong. We asked for meat lovers and cheese sticks and that is not what we got. We got pepperoni and cinnamon sticks. Like people at this place need to go back to school and learn how to read. This is so unacceptable. I would highly recommend having someone else work the night shift because obviously this is too much for them. Especially following simple rules. I would recommend people not to go at this location at all. Unless you want incompetent fools to mess up your simple order.

Ordered a Pizza. Came late cold and not cooked properly. I received an email from a Pizza Hut Manager offering me a $20.00 credit. Tried to use it, and still wanted to charge me! Laughable. Don’t order from this place, so many better options in the area.
