Placed a delivery order at 6:30 for a pizza and wings. Estimated delivery time was 7:00. 7:00 came and went. 7:30 came and went. Finally at 7:45 my bell rings, and I noticed immediately that the box felt colder than usual. Well thats because it was cold pizza inside. How are you gonna hand someone a cold AND burnt pizza? I called and got a refund because this is unacceptable. No I dont want your store credit, why would I order again if this is the level of service I should expect? Just another childhood memory that has gone to crap.

Generally you know what you get from a chain pizza place like this, and it has its place in delivery pizza, but this store has truly gone downhill and with the addition added delivery fees and it use of Door Dash that adds to delivery time it is no longer a cost effective, quick pizza. The last 3 times I have ordered there has been a problem with the order and one time delivery took over an 1 hour and 20 minutes on a nonevent day. Save your money and use a local pizza place The Cost is about the same with added fees and the quality will be much better.

I agree with the previous reviews. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. I placed an online order at 5:12 pm. It offered an estimated 5:57 pm delivery arrival. 6:17 pm rolls around. Nothing. 6:30 pm I give the store a call. They put me on hold then end the call. I had to call a 2nd time just to be placed on hold. Finally when I was able to get a hold of a store manager they said our pizza was going to be the next one sent. Hello???? I dont even think they started the order by the time I called. Normally, I am a very generous tipper and I tipped 20% on this order for delivery but I feel that I absolutely deserve a refund for the poor service.
I really recommend ordering at a different location. There are so many other pizza places in Sun Prairie, you really dont need to get pizza from Pizza Hut.

This place is terrible!!!! We ordered the personal pizza box with wings on oct 12th via door dash the chicken was raw on the inside. Door dash wouldn’t give us a credit, we called the store to complain and the man we spoke to was very apologetic and said he would check the fryers and put a 30$ credit for next time but we had to order through the store directly. Come today 11-1-24 we called to place our order and they stated they had no note for a credit for us and that the chicken wasn’t raw because they are pre cooked and blanched. They also told us we had the wrong store! We do not! The address we ordered from is the same! I again noted that they were in fact raw despite the what they are saying and that we had the correct store. Attached are pictures of our RAW chicken! This place needs new management!

Do NOT order delivery.
I placed a $100 order.
30 minutes after it was supposed to arrive, nothing. So I called- “its ready just waiting on someone to pick it up”
15 minutes later, nothing. I called again. “Its on its way”
15 minutes later, nothing. I called again. “Ohhh, I guess maybe the doordash guy we got must have stolen it. There’s nothing we can do about that.” “Can you remake the order?” “Yeah, we’ll remake it! Bye!”
30 minutes later, nothing. I call again and they don’t answer.
I drive to the physical location. They hadn’t even started the order.
Finally received my pizza two hours late, and had to pick it up myself despite paying a delivery fee and tip.
I wish I could leave negative stars. They do not care about you as a customer and will not seek to make things right.

Terrible service. Pizza wasn’t ready for 20 minutes after it was supposed to be. When it was finally ready, my order was messed up and did not have correct toppings. When I said something to staff they said they could remake but I wasn’t about to wait another 20-30 minutes. Sadly this is not the first time my order was messed up at this location.

If I could give it a 0 star I would! Don’t go there! I sat in drive through for over 15 mins while a guy stood 2 ft away from me talking on the phone. He did not even acknowledge me after I rang the bell three times. He just ignored me and stayed on the phone. Very poor customer service. I was there to pick up a pizza not sit there and watch him talk on the phone while my pizza was sitting up on the ledge getting cold for 15 minutes. No BS! So I asked for a manager he said it was him. I highly doubt it. Who does that? You tell the person on the phone to hold on for one second or acknowledge me and tell me it’s going to be a minute. Finally when he opened up the glass, I was so heated. I told him I was not paying for the pizza after he told me my total. Obviously the pizza was cold by now. After reading all the other reviews, I don’t even know why I went there in the first place. Everyone should just stay away from that place.

Bullshit of a business! Call center takes orders, door dash delivers them. There’s no one at the store to assist costumers!!! My arrival time was 10:24. 10:30 notification said door dash arriving to store. Got to my home at 10:42. pizza was cold as the car.. called bk, placed on hold to get manager, all 4 times….. No one ever came to phone!!!!
