Ordered basic super supreme pizza with a hand tossed crust. The crust was barely browned. There was not much sauce and very little cheese. When you picked up the piece of pizza, The vegetables weren’t cooked and they literally fell off because they had nothing to stick to. Very disappointed as the last pizza we got there was excellent, but that was before 2026. Seems like too many cost cutting efforts are being put into place, or someone was having a really bad day.

Ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas for carry out. They were paper thin and under cooked. We usually order the same thing from the Oregon location and have never gotten served something this low quality. Actually this is the lowest quality food I’ve ever had from any Pizza Hut, including airports. Usually they’re consistent across locations! But not this one. We won’t be returning, and advise other folks to avoid.
Edit: I was contacted by the regional office and was given a coupon for 1 large pizza. I appreciate the good customer service!

Called and order a heart shaped pizza they did not cut it had it sent to a business that does not have pizza cutters and then they say that they don’t cut the pizza where there are children that are supposed to eat this pizza that I was not cut and would not send a cut replacement

The bread sticks were very light in color maybe not cooked long enough and there was a lot of sauce and cheese. Some people like extra but I am more of a classic pizza hut gal.
When I say a lot I mean there was a lot of cheese and sauce. Had I gotten extra it would have been pure cheese. The manager did give me a credit bc I drove 12 miles to picked the pizza up. Nice of them but bummed it wasn’t done correctly.

A Pizza place where your phone order is processed with great care! Pizza Hut is good Pizza. The difference here is the care that your phone order is given. If asked for, options are given in understandable and clear language. Patience was given while I made my choices! Very refreshing. A “respectful” Pizza joint in 2025? It’s right here at Pizza Hut in Stoughton!
