I filled out a post-order survey when they sent it. In the survey, I simply mentioned that the pizza I got wasn’t my favorite. They reached out and gave me a credit of the amount of the pizza that wasn’t my favorite. And to be clear – it was good pizza still. But with the credit, I got to place an order for other pizza. Which was my favorite. Good work, Pizza Hut. Thanks for the great customer service and delicious personal pan pizzas!

Brooke is an amazing manager. She is always there and on top of that. The food is always great. I drive an extra 15 minutes just to enjoy MacFarlands pizza compared to other Pizza Hut. They have fresh dough and great service.

I ordered pizza they told me it was ready. It was supposed to be contactless. Went and sat in the back of another car that seemed to be waiting and paid for an order for 15 minutes. Mind you my pizza is ready. I’m supposed to proceed to the window. Car in front leaves. They see me thru the window and I wait another 15 minutes before I’m asked for my name and ignored. Seems manager had the girl ask me again for my name she gets my pizza from the warmer it’s been sitting there the whole time and I get cold pizza and shriveled up veggies.

I ordered a side salad. When I got there my salad was in the heating oven bc someone thought it was chicken wings. Rather than make a new salad they scraped off the top and added fresh lettuce. Yuck! Make a new salad. I tipped you well. I work in the service industry as well and worked for Pizza Hut while in college. So not acceptable for service. $7.00 for this salad and we all know it’s not really fresh after being in a heater for some time. Do better

What is this??? I asked for it well done not burnt and not edible! Told manager “ John” I’m willing to bring it back and still was told no thank I wouldn’t get a refund or a remake … Oregon pizza hut would never, and that’s why we rather drive the extra 15 minutes for the 1000 % better service and food.

I cannot say enough great things about the team at the McFarland Pizza Hut, especially Brooke! Recently, our workplace had planned a pizza party for 60 people, only to realize—just two hours before the event—that no one had actually placed the order. With no pizza places opening until 10:30 AM and our event starting at noon, we were in a serious bind.
I called the McFarland Pizza Hut as soon as they opened, explained the situation, and without hesitation, Brooke assured me they could handle it. In under an hour, they prepared 20 pizzas, double orders of all breadsticks (with plenty of sauce), and had everything ready to go. Their efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were truly outstanding.
Thanks to Brooke and her team, our pizza party was saved, and everyone was able to enjoy a hot, delicious meal on time. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, this is it. Highly recommend!

If you like pizza with very little toppings then it’s the place for you. Very disappointed in past couple years. Seems staff are young and just don’t care. Last few pizzas might as well just order cheese, cause they barely put any toppings on that a person orders. Will start driving further to another from here on.
