I stopped in on Monday, July 29 around 5:20 PM and was really happy with the service. I was also happy to add a pizza to my daily health regimen. I’m from Wisconsin, so cheese is a staple of life. The person at the counter was sincere, polite, friendly, efficient, and seemed to have everything under control. I always come to this location because I’ve always had a good experience here. The staff and management have always been top-tier.

I ordered delivery which arrive early; however it arrived 2 doors down at my neighbors who wasn’t home. She notified me because she had a ring camera. The driver LEFT THE DELIVERY ON THE GROUND. didn’t call me to ask any questions. Just left the delivery where he wanted. I wouldn’t of even gotten it had my neighbor not had a ring camera or if we didn’t know each other well.
Then I called the store and the manager was rude. Interrupted me often. She hung up on me the first time even though I was calm. My delivery was set to arrive at 729p. Now I’m waiting for a redelivery and I work an opening shift tomorrow. The manager said it would be 45 minutes. She mentioned a refund wasn’t an option. I would’ve rather spent $50 elsewhere. Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

The door dash people do their best, but I order pizza hut because their drivers have pizza bags to keep the food hot. I never want to waste another dime on a cold door dash pizza. Guess who they partnered with…? Never ordering from you again. You charge delivery. I want your delivery drivers.

Best pizza I’ve had from a PH in a long time. Upon arrival, the staff member at the window was friendly. He had me pull up and my pizza was brought out quickly by a girl who was also friendly. Good job, PH!

First Pizza Hut visit ever. Girl taking order was kind and patient on phone, and wonderful at pick up! Impressive service. Large pizzas done in 10 minutes and ready for pick up. Pizza good: nice amount of cheese, not too much sauce, sauce flavorable but not spicey, big fresh slices of veggies and meat. Stuffed crust and hand tossed, both tasty. Crust thick but soft enough to easily chew. I would easily order again, even though I shy away from chain restaurants. My 22 year old son enjoyed the pizza fully.

The phone service was excellent, Kelvin was very nice and charming, what a delight. Im old and its hard to order food sometimes. But he was very patient…..and the delivery driver was very fast and courtious. Think he drove a old black cop car. The food was hot and delicious. They never disappoint

I was driving along Milwaukee Street when a Pizza Hut driver squealed their tires through an intersection behind us. Then, at the next stop, they came to a squealed stop at our rear bumper and laid on their horn at us (we had just stopped). Then, the driver passed us aggressively and drove down the street at well over 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. They were very aggressive and dangerous. We stopped at Pizza Hut to let the manager know. As we walked out of the store, the same driver was aggressively squealing out of the parking lot to make another delivery.

Ordered online. Didn’t find out until after leaving a tip that there was a delivery fee charged to my card. Could find ranch on the menu for the wings I ordered. Order arrived on time but was missing the wings. Called the store and the person I talked to already knew it was missing but apparently was waiting to see if I’d call? They said they could send it back out but didn’t know how long it would take or they could give me a 15% discount on my next order. I needed the food so I asked to have it delivered. I asked to have some Ranch delivered with the missing wings I ordered. Was told that they charge for Ranch but he’d see what he could do. Wings arrived 15 minutes later with no Ranch. I spent $50 and basically received nothing back for a messed up order. Very poor customer service.
