Whelp, 3 weekd in a row we’ve gotten bad service or messed up orders. This use to be a great place with great customer service and fast pick up times like 10-15 min fast. Now you go here and the service lacks. Our order was over 15 min late today. Everyone i saw were on their cell phones. Don’t know if management changed or not but PH needs to look into it.

I should say I have had amazing service every other time I have been there. Tonight was an absolute joke. I ordered takeout through the drive thru. I pulled up and sat at the drive thru for over ten minutes with nobody coming to the window. Even though some a worker was sitting across from me on his phone and hitting his vape. Finally I got upset and walked into the store. 4 employees were there and my pizza had been in the warmer the whole time! I absolutely never give review, but this was so bad I can’t stay quiet!

My workplace had a meeting, and more people than expected showed up so we had a last minute order for 50 people. I felt so terrible calling with only an hour and a half (if that) notice for that big of an order. The Manager was incredibly kind and rather than being frustrated with me, she thanked me for the business and was so helpful making sure I got my coupons used and everything I needed. When I showed up, they were boxing up the last pizza and it was all ready to go. They were right on time and even helped take the order to my car. The entire order was correct and Fresh! Every face was smiling and this was likely the best interaction I think I could have had at a Pizza Hut. Thank you all so much!

i have had great pizzias there. i have got pizzias there 7 times last year. BUT NOW they won’t deliver 3.5 mi from store they have no idea where their area stops. sounds like the have high school students riding tricycles for delivery I would sure like to see that! sounds comical. if they can be that entertaining over the phone I bet the have a 3 ring circus at the store. I hope management can help them.

I ordered a pizza online and chose their “no contact delivery” option. The pizza arrived 10 minutes early and was piping hot! I even think they added extra pepperoni at no charge. I’ll definitely order from this location again!

Just picked up my order earlier today person at window was rude I paid extra for pan crust and got the wrong one so lost a dollar for no reason and would have said something but woman at window slammed it shut walked away and never came back before I even had the pizza in my car
