The pizza was great and the place was great and they were playing great music from the 80s. Brings me back when I was a young with my family and friends . The inside was very clean and organized. Great place to go to. Highly recommend going there.

Every time we order from here they screw it up. Suppose to be no mushroom, add green olives and tomatoes on our pizzas. We got no green olives, no tomatoes. At least this time they didn’t put mushroom on them. You give them a tip and this is what you get or should I say don’t get. Also you get charged for extra toppings. Never fails. Guess I’ll have to pick it up and check it before I leave instead of my husband.

thanks for screwing up my expensive dinner! no lid on pasta just crammed in a box with everything else. breadsticks one not done one extremely done. how does that happen? no quality control. and to top it all off I was supposed to receive two additional marinara sides not to garlic sides. get your app and website together to give people exactly what they’re ordering. it’s what is right especially since we spent $70 on complete incompetence. at least the driver was cool

Ordered pizza from emergency room. Went to pick up and the restaurant appeared to be closed, no cars in the lot, all of the lights off. Thirty minutes later I get a call from a manager asking why I never came for my order, I explained and she was rude insisting that I should have checked the door. It was 10:30pm, I’m not walking into a business at that hour when it looks closed, very unsafe and unreasonable request. She said she’d cancel the order and hung up on me.

Pretty annoyed with this location. I had a coupon that we got from the local schools fundraiser that was for a large 3 topping pizza for $8.99, valid at that location. If I wanted stuffed crust it would be +2.00.
Ok cool, call in my order and the girl argues with me that’s not correct, well I am literally holding this in my hand. Puts the manager on, order gets placed. Go to pick up, and hand the voucher to the girl, she puts it on some random shelf.
Charged me $12.99 for the pizza.
Don’t participate in school fundraisers, Pizza Hut if you don’t intend to honor as advertised!

The occasional mistake is expected here, but when I call and say hey, i ordered a taco pizza, they forgot the chips. Kind of a critical ingredient. I called in right away, and I cant get more than a word or two without being interrupted and how its my fault because I used the app, but if I click taco pizza, whatevers happens from there is you guys, or….. your cook simply made a mistake. Happens right? Why include it as a specialty pizza option if you dont know how to make your own pizzas? More important, you arent about to screw up my food, interupt me over and over, take my money, and not make my family the correct food. That was the last straw with the mcdonalds of pizza for me. Dont worry though, Prime Time made our taco pizza right the first time.
