I don’t know why this pizza hut has such ridiculous reviews. I’ll be honest I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here that was righted. I’ve I’ve very rarely had a bad experience maybe one in the 3 years I’ve been ordering from here and it was because I’ll day it I’m picky I like my stuff well done. Once they knew that and I’m a regular now btw. I’ve never had an issue since plus they corrected it right away same day. Sometimes if you just speak to be the way you would want to be spoken to and not disrespectful it works wonders. Customer service is always on point here they smile when I’m greeted they talk to me with respect and I talk to them back with respect. Don’t believe what you hear they are amazing!!

I ordered online for a pick up that day 1 hour later. The app said pizza was ready for it’s 5 o’clock pickup. When my husband arrived, no pizza. From what he overheard, they forgot to make our order. While he waited an additional 30 minutes for them to make our food from the beginning, the phone was ringing, but not answered. The staff were complaining about the heat. Their overall attitude was rude. There was NO compensation for our forgotten order just a sorry. I had hungry, crabby kids at home. By the time he finally got home, the food was luke warm. Frozen pizza would have been an improvement at this point.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Was told 35 to 45 minutes on delivery. At 50 minutes no pizza. We called no answer. Website said 35-45minutes still. Next thing we get an email for Doordash saying they are delivering now. Another 45minutes go by. No knock at the door saw someone backing out of the driveway and pizza sitting outside on the ground.
Support local multiple other way better pizza places in town go elsewhere. If that doesn’t work for you order domino’s!

Only ever order from pizza hut due to Cinnabons but not worth headache. Waited over hour and half with tracker saying in progress. I called and it apparently was canceled and i wasn’t called. What a joke.

What a great place! We order Pizza usually on Saturday nights around dinner time after chasing all over Saturday mornings and afternoons and really don’t want to cook our dinner. They are always professional and accurate. The food is Always great with both great taste and visuals. It really feels like the crew of people they have are part of a close team. Great job! We will continue to order from you!

I placed an online order tonight. The driver did not confirm the order before leaving the store. When he showed up at my house I was shorted a pizza. Turns out they never made the missing pizza. When they did eventually show up with the forgotten pizza it was almost two hours after the initial order was placed. Both deliveries were cold. I would have thought that after the screw up the pizza would have been hot. Guess not. Not to mention, not one offer to make their screw up right. Then again they wouldn’t have followed through anyway. The last time I had an issue with this location they were supposed to credit my account and never did. What a horrible way to do business. The customer service is definitely lacking.

Do not order from this pizza hut. Worst customer service ever. They do not care about there customers whatsoever. Ive ordered delivery from them many times and i just tried but they wouldnt deliver to me only a couple minutes away they had a deal on a large pizza but since it wasn’t over ten dollars. But after tax and the delivery charge it came to 12 dollars. Tracey told me “I’m not going to waste my time with an order that small.” I was very calm and replied so it’s a waste of your time to keep your customers happy and I’m a repeat customer at that. She still said she wouldn’t deliver just the one pizza and said that she wasn’t going to argue with me about it even and hung up on me. Thanks Tracy you really know how to keep customers. I will never call them or go there ever again. Worst pizza hut ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Oh and when I said she was probably going to lose a customer she said good then she could be doing something else then. If I owned that place I would fire her immediately for how she was talking to a customer

Been there twice…the staff are just rude, pay no attention, and seem to extremely hate their job and have absolutely zero pride in their job. This makes me question the cleanliness and hygiene of both the staff and the store. The only reason I went back a second time is because I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe they just had a bad day. However the 2nd time I ordered I did curbside and waited in my car right in front of the store for 7 minutes and no one ever came out . I saw them through the door so they knew I was there and I knew they saw me so I eventually ended up going in and this young guy just walks right past me and says someone will be with you soon when he could have easily helped me. I will never go to that Pizza Hut again. They make you feel completely unwanted and it appears that they slack off and don’t even do their job. They’re customers opinions seem to not matter. What a shame.

Over two hours to get a single pizza on a Monday night. Pizza was not warm when we received it. When calling to inquire on the status of the pizza the manager said he’d apply a discount – he didn’t, probably since I already had a 40% off coupon applied. When ordering online you have to use only part of your address if your in Waukesha county with W and S numbers in your address, oh, and it’s the part of the address which doesn’t mean anything. You have to remember to give the rest of your address in the special comments section. For all the advertising their doing for all the fancy equipment they have, they are definitely over promising and under delivering.

I guess I should have read the other reviews before I ordered. This will be my first and only order to this Pizza Hut. I placed an online carry out order. Very simple 2 medium one topping pizzas. One was supposed to have garlic parmesan sauce, as my daughter has issues with red sauce. They both had red sauce…. Had to wipe the sauce off the pizza so she would be ok to eat it. Lesson learned. I will stay with ordering from the local pizzerias. Tastes better anyway.
